Very simple and quick. No equipment or special set-up required, and it's free. Ads are not intrusive at all. only 4 stars and not 4 as there are sometimes issues with the sound, and there doesn't seem to be any progression. Exercises have been the same simce day one.
I bought the lifetime subscription but the app doesn't reflect it.
Hello! It's nice idea to prepare this kind of app, but still a lot of work to do with it: 1. Exercise timer could start earlier than should, I mean countdown could be on 3 or 5 sec left and that started on next exercise. 2. I have problems with workout finished: it's just black screen and I need hide/unhide app to get see something 3. If I press "back" with button on my phone with finished workout, I started new one again. Only ADs were fixed to with last release ๐ Android 10, Redmi note 8t.
THIS IS GREAT!! No Fancy exercises and IT WORKS! I felt my posture improving and it will keep improving, Thank You so much, this has been a huge help for me as in my country there's no specialist for this. Keep up the good work developers and my request is to add more exercises.
I have been using this app for about a week. It's a useful reminder to think about posture, and I think I have gained some benefits. The programme is a bit 'clunky' but it is easy to workout what to do and when when you become familiarised with it. I would recommend it to others.
I have the tightest neck muscles and my posture is dreadful due to a lower back injury- I slouched to compensate with the pain. I'm stunned how well this works- I feel the muscles pulling as they are being stretched back to where they should be. I have acupuncture weekly on my neck and honestly this is much more effective! it's now part of my morning routine
I am enjoying the app so far, although i have only used it for a week. I would like to know if i use the workouts multiple times a day will i see faster progress? Also a trouble shooting section would be really helpful, such as why someone would potentially struggle with one of the exercises, i for instance can not get my wrists on the wall without strain in my middle back. I will do another reciew in 5 weeks to see if my neck is back in alignment
This is pretty great. Sure the excercies are simply but, they are focused and work. I was surprised to have a voice AI talk me through the activities. One routine down and my neck is sore - progress. Install was very quick.

Quick, simple and efficient exercises. I have terrible posture and been using this app for one week, every day as well as wearing a posture corrector and can already see the results.
It's a simple app. Really nothing fancy. But it has clear instructions and the workout are well designed, so it has been the only one that stuck with me of many I have tried for posture.
A great app and really effective, you are guided by voice and video all through the exercises. I wish they made more specialised exercises in the same way, brilliant !
This program is easy to use and after decades of head forward posture I am getting results. Plus its the one program I've been able to stick with.
Ive been dealing w/ pain stiffness & bad slump posture for awhile. This app is really helping alot! Easy to follow. Easy exercises! And not lengthy at all. Love it
Compared to other exercise apps. I find this one really very annoying to use. Also the images don't explain the exercises as well as other apps. Although the notifications are useful
The update fixed the bug. I 100% recommend this app, it literally saved my life. I had sleep apnea but after doing the exercises for 3-4 days it disappeared. Since then i use this App daily and it became a habit.

This is the best app/workout for FHP! I couldn't even look up without discomfort before getting this. It has really strengthened the muscles in my neck and my posture is getting better.

Not bad but no matter what level you are, the app provides same 6 exercises. I expected advanced exercises for improved users as otherwise it gets boring doing same stuff.
Training programme is pretty monotonous. The good thing is that you don't see ads every 5 sec. On the whole, a decent app.
This app is good.. but not giving any next level exercises. I was using this app is around 6 months and till the date same 6 exercises they are given. Please add few additional exercises which will help users to feel something new in this app

I feel motivated to do it daily, I will try to give it a try in the morning and at night, the app is clean and good exercises. i would love to see more exercises in the future, probably I eill pay for premium also
they are a good set of simple exercises, I'm not sure my posture is what is says I am though but I guess that is there for motivation. I'm at 500+ experience points, I do other exercises for my body and mobility too .
Decent app for text-neck awarness. I wished there were some more active tests - otherwise its just exercices and a text manual telling you how to do a standard wall test. As a professional, I'm a bit sceptical about the "diagnistics" statement. You need a trained person for that; an app can help advise and give probable cause, but not direct diagnostic-advice. But it's a free app, and any user should know that doctor consultation is mandatory if you have posture issues, whatever the app says.
The exercises, UX and guidance is good. Before the last excercise starts the app comes back to the "start training" play button screen and it never lets me get a daily streak. If I don't "start" the training again and if I don't skip all the excercises to see the last one, I don't see the add at the end either. What the app is missing is also making the "resting time" shorter like other apps allow. It's boring to take such long breaks and it's annoying to press "skip" then. Thanks for your work!
