Text on Photo

Do not use this app. Particularly if you're doing anything outdoors, at events or time critical situations. Insane number of adverts. After you have used it a few times you will get ads at the top of the page, then as you tweak the font settings it will push 10-15 second full-page adverts. Till you get a suitable final product you may be obliged to see 8 or more of them. In effect the adverts have rendered the app useless. I dread to think what else the developer have done in the background.

After reviewing about 10 different text on photo apps this was the only one that was really simple and understandable to use. Also its ability to move the text around and resize it was exactly what I needed. 4 20 2019....Still Very Happy!!! Update. 9-2-19 ..there is a problem with your color pallet. I put 2 words on the pic but I could not get the color to match each other

Great app for many purposes! Several helpful tools are available and it's pretty straightforward. A multitude of colors are available and bold, italics, backgrounds\highlighting, and rotation are all supported. You can choose from an ok selection of fonts or even font files you have added yourself to the phone's storage (which normally wouldn't be usable so your manufacturer can charge for premium fonts). Overall a good experience. Warning: ads are present. Most are very easy to avoid though.

App ok, purchase problem. I have 4 androids with me most of the time. I just removed ads. Can I restore purchase on all 4 phones? Don't see such option. It wants me to purchase again and again. When it comes to app. There should be choice every time to edit and overwrite edited file without making a copy or create a copy with editions. Most of the time i don't want a copy, just put my notes.

Saved photo is slightly different than the preview, particularly the size of the text/bubble. Not a big issue and it may be that it has to do with the particular font I used. Great app nevertheless!

It's okay. But needs work. After adding text to an image the app doesn't allow you to simply save and close the image and open another image. Instead, I'm having to go back via the back arrow, then it asks me if I want to 'cancel' or 'discard'?? No! I just want to save and close the image.

So far I really like this app. The text options are really good. Option for opaque or not , size , color, color palette (multiple colors), good font choices. I've used only a short time but like it better than any others I've tried.

Tested this app for my work and it works like magic. You can add text to bubbles and move them anywhere. The only ads was at the bottom of the page out of the way. I also found this app to be fun playing around with different text styles. Work or having fun with family and friends this is a great app to be working or playing with.

Very good app. I love how you can add custom fonts from the link shown within the application. Just purchased it. Could you please make an option to adjust your text into lines? I would like to have a Christian name on a top line with a surname on a bottom line. The Add Text on Photo app gives that option.

uncomplicated very easy to use, just the job for what I needed it for, however you can't actually set the text box or background to fit the size of the word or words, the text box only goes right across the photo. Therefore I chose the transparent background, hence 4*

I have tried a lot of text on photo apps and this one seems to be extremely easy to navigate with the least amount of distraction from ads. I just completed my first project, but I think I finally found the best app for me!

This is a FANTASTIC APP!!! I'm 72 and it took me a little while to learn it but I really do find the app wonderful now! I use it a lot! Yes I have learned to use it better with just a little time. And it's great!!! In fact it's part of how I spend all my time, working on photo projects! I'm in an ACF in Australia and hardly ever get out so it's important for me to be able to keep happy and busy with something fun! People are always so impressed: Oh, you're so clever! Thank you so much for it!

The app is good but recently when I tried adding more than 6-7 captions on a single photo, the entire app slowed down and it took more than a minute to adjust each captions. Hope they fix it soon.

Found it annoying that the initial text size varies according to the line length. Sure, you can resize the text but the border of simple text doesn't scale down and so crowds out the fill colour.

A very good application. One thing I wish to be done in next versions is to make the application save my editing steps in one customized category, that I Can use it directly and quickly instead of repeating the same step in every word I write.

It's very limited. For example, I couldn't make the text smaller without making the whole picture smaller. The curved text option is very hard to read.

There doesn't seem to be an option to save edits over an existing file or change the folder where edited files are saved or to rename them upon saving. I'd like to be able to add a text to an existing file and save it as the same file name.

Not satisfied. Lot of modifications are needed. After utilising it in my usage, my suggestion is user friendly should be improved. Text and image space to be extended. Add image must be needed.

I've tried other apps and extensions with my Chromebook, and this is definitely the easiest to use. It doesn't have an extensive font list to choose from, but for me it's adequate. Easy is important to me so, 5 Stars.

Very useful for quick one-off "postcards". I'm sure there is scope for more than I occasionally use it for though. It I will say it's very quick, easy and intuitive to use.

Text on Photo is one of my favourite app, it has enough fonts and colour pattern options to create beautiful text on photos or images. l am using since three years. Thanks to the developer.

easy to use, i like. but, please make a menj for the point of baloon, it's able to make a short or long. currently, the menu is only for move it.

Very poor application. You can not rotate or merge the cloud in which you type the text. The final result is bad.

Awesome, as well as a lot of fun. On the plus side its really able to make your creative juices begin to flow too... I love the fact that its free even more though, especially since I cannot afford anything extra right now, so thank you for this app, its truly great and very enjoyable too.

Fun to use and so far no problems, crashes or blackouts. A useful app for short comedy displays combining photo's and text. A good app.

This App is only one out of ten different apps I have tried so far. I uninstalled all of them after my first trial itself. My sincere thanks and congradulations to the team of Text on Photo. * * * * *

Its a vey nice app but if in the colour slot you guys also add a colour picker option, then, it will b an excellent app...:) Colour picker is like that u can pick any colour of your existing image and can choose that colour of the image to write text
