My first thought was, it would be nice to select a different voice. I'm not a fan of it. On top of that, it was difficult to get it to read a PDF. When it finally did start reading, it wouldn't stop. I'm not a fan of the overly simplistic control scheme. Stopping at each line is also a bit distracting. I would like to be able to simply load a file, have it processed, then let me play and pause it as I need.
Doesn't have enough ways to tweak it, unclear how to tell it what to read and how to get it to stop repeating something from an app you already closed. The voices seem to change at random and the buffering between (or in the middle of) sentences or paragraphs is long and annoying.
Very good, I use it to hear copy-pasted stories and is not robotic at all, everyone should try it... If it could pause in the midle of the text and resume from that point, it would have been five stars, but is excellent since is free, and very intuitive
Dear app developer, you have developed such a nice app. it is undoubtedly I am appriciating your effert.. but one thing I would like to suggest you that this app is not reading all the matter shared from other websites which is in different languages and the app is reading the URL of the shared website. therefore, I sugggest you that, please observe the app @Voice aloud reader which is available in play store. and one more thing please add the option to save to mp3 conversion.
reads from selected onscreen text but doesnt do anything about recognition from images, uses system tts that doesnt do anything about unsupported languages. limited use cases. like if you want to read from any app (as you claim in app title) they dont let you select their text what you gonna do about it? just 3 stars as it didnt become the great help you get maybe only half of the idea
App is good, but too much ad that we can't use it. Suddenly ad pop-up, is there any paid version without ad
Pasted text was selectable but this app 1. Couldn't play any speech from the text 2. gave no error message/sign of recognition of its failure, or help
This app does not work on Android Go Oreo 8.1.0 The app does not read even small amounts of text..... it also has some kind of snag with being overlaid...... Please fix or remove from store right away
I want a app that can read what I highlight out loud I don't want to have to text something and have it read it back to me

Try to adjust pitch and speed and it never worked!!
Cool app it's prefect but it will be more owsome if you add additional futures like if it reads automatically from pdf with out marking single page at a time

Nice app but the ads are just too much. I don't mind ads for free apps but when they're displayed every time you adjust or stop the text it makes for frustration to the core. Also am I missing the pause button? Fewer ads + pause option and I'd rate it 4-5. Thx. L
