Text To Speech Pico
It's the speech synthesis which is named Pico and was distributed on old androids and new androids that don't use Google's speech synthesis. It's under Apache Licence 2
This speech synthesis motor can use SSML ( contrary to Google's)
You will have to install languages separately ( but sometimes they are already installed weirdly).
You can write to me, if the app crashes or it bugs ( I could try to correct it , but don't count on it) . But don't bother to ask to correct the languages. I'm unable to. And this motor is not updated anymore. :(

why i can not install Pico tts in my Samsung Galaxy s5
after using this app, i knows the devolaper of this app is a idiot, why becouse he cant add voice data download link. 2. The app settings was not openable.
