TextArt – Text to photo – Photo text edit

My absolute favourite text on photos app with tons of fonts and loads of features to get the look just right. It would be 5* if the colour dropper could hover over the photo and pick that exact colour and then save it in the Colour tray so you can go back and use it for the next text line. Trying to use the colour wheel and guess is a nightmare, it's too time consuming when the colours don't match! Please fix this. Make the colour dropper able to pick colours out of the photo and save them! 👍

Outrageous pricing. While the app itself is useful and easy to use, the subscription rate of $780 a year is more expensive than purchasing Adobe CS. Features and ease of use get 5 stars but pricing knocks it to ZERO stars. Edit in response to the developer: "experiencing issues" Hahahaha yeah, the issue is the outrageous cost.

I originally gave this app 5 stars. I've been using it for at least a year without ads. But now the developers are asking for $14.99 a WEEK to use the ad free version. $14.99 a week??? You have lost your freaking minds. Update 4/29/22: I have deleted the app from my phone. I absolutely WILL NOT pay $14.99 a WEEK for any app. The developers have lost their minds completely.

SCAM PRICES! Do you really think people would pay you 15/WEEK to put text on pictures? Or $780 a year! To respond to the copy and paste response I got: no ad removal, or some extra stickers&little features would ever be worth 15 a week. Adobe MONTHLY cost for Photoshop and Lightroom, cost 12.45 a MONTH for BOTH of those professional softwares together. A whole month of those costs less than a WEEK this ridiculous app is asking. Do not give them your money. It's not that hard to provide features

With new phone I had lost my favorite fonts and could not importan fonts from the font store. I was devastated since I've been using this app daily for several years. This New version has brought all my familiar apps and functions back to me. Thank you customer service for your prompt reply to my situation. LOVE THIS APP... I could only rate 5 stars but if I could I would give it a 10

Tons of options non paid and just ads to close to access them. Yes it's annoying but it is free so I deal with it no problems. I like the stock photo or upload your own options. The borders, stickers, text fonts and styles and the ease of creating a pro effect with 15mins work for a social media or business purposes. You can have high resolution HD jpeg or raw. Awesome.

I love this app truly. I would pay for an app like this, however R500+ a month? That too much. I pay R69 a month for my flyer maker and it had way more features but their fonts aren't as good as TextArt. Maybe a better deal on a monthly subscription.

I like it. Simple and EZ 2 use with a wide variety of features such as adding texts to your photo. U can easily customize your text any way you like.

So easy to create a meme. You can use your own images or choose from their stock images. It's simple to add text wherever you want, and they have a great selection of fonts. Love it! But I took off a star because the app is suddenly glutted with ads. While creating one meme I must have watched 7 ads. That's absolutely ridiculous. Previously I only had to watch two. I'd be fine with ads unlocking content, but forced ads will drive people away.

Generally a very good app, lots of free functions available, and premium options can be obtained by watching an ad, rather than having to pay. (You can also pay for these options, too, if you prefer.)

Amazing best app out there , import photos , and you are able to Photoshop the pictures essentially , best program out there hands down , downloaded ten apps before finding one that had everything I needed , got a new phone and lost the old app took me all day to find it , surpasses all other apps hands down for text on photo style apps , you won't regret downloading and using this app

Very good and easy to use.. I want to use the premium but it's cost a lot . The free version is full of ads .. which is quite irritating otherwise very recommended app for fancy font use

The app seems nice and easy to use. Just wishing I could save layers of text and formatting in the form of styles. Also there are a lot of ads (although they are very brief). Also I am nervous that some features that I have used might not be free?

Great! app,i used this app since 2021 but now update version has some error they can't load photo from my phone. My phone is Z fold 3 ( latest android version & latest software version). Please fix it to just liked text edit past version.

I'm not sure what happen to my first review! But, I highly recommend this app and upgrade to the purchase for more futures. This app is very reliable and easy to use without malfunctioning like other failed apps. The quality of the saved finishing photos is HD quality as I've used this for projects, photo collages, profile, memes, cover art, and presentations. You can download extra temp fronts for more style word fronts (Disney) and transfer into app if you know how to export, zip and load.

Useful app but now the text palette feature is broken. It doesn't function well and it can't be backed out of; I have to restart the app if I try to use the feature. On ad saturation—suddenly swamping users with ads and putting existing features behind a paywall in order to force them to pay for an upgrade is lazy extortion. Create new useful features for your pro version. People will pay for new features, but not ones suddenly taken away. I have 4 nearly identical apps so I won't miss this one.

I hadn't used this app in several months but now....there's a fullscreen ad EVERY SINGLE TIME I made the tiniest change to the text I was creating. I watched the same exact ad 14 times before I just gave up. It made the process untenable. It's a shame, my previous experiences were a solid 4.7.

What?-! You say to purchase app it is *only* $19.99/mo, which comes to $239.88/year. Thats ludicrous! Truth be told: the gallery on my phone allows me to add text with colors to opaque, arrange where to place, and is rich with many other available edits - even stickers. PicsArt doesn't charge as much per year as TextArt, and I used to think PicsArt charged too much a year at under $60! I simply cannot subsidize all these apps when I can't even justify using them often enough to pay those prices!

Everything a photo editor needs is featured in this app, making it a convenient one-stop solution for almost anything - except, deco art is missing.

Good to use. Nice text templates. The only issue I faced while using the app was the constant occurrence of ads after every other step.

Had the app installed from long ago, and used it today after a few months pause - it's still good, but seems like recently it became full to the brim of ads. And NO, for a casual user it's definitely not worth the huge price for Premium - especially as there is only a subscription option.

I haven't been able to create anything yet. But from what seeing, there are many, many choices. And it appears fairly easy to use.

Ive been using this app about 6 mos or so and I haven't had any problems with it at all! It does exactly like it's supposed to it has a surprising number of fonts to choose from as well as colors also! There are several options I still haven't tried yet...and the app is very user friendly!

Really nice and easy way to write words over art and photos. Endless possibilities.

Awesome app. It does exactly what is claims to and without fuss. So easy to use straight away without reading how to. Also, it's one of the very few apps that work properly on my new Chromebook. This also gives you lots of options, not just type and stick on.

Initially a great app and didn't mind the odd ad. Now, ads interrupt all the time so can hardly finish a job and soooooo loud. In a quiet public environment when trying to add watermark, the ads burst in so loudly everyone stares. Totally ruined a good app.

This app is pretty awesome, although I'm not using it's premium version the fearures it lets me use for editing is top class. It's a really good start for those wanting to edit pictures.

This app could be a lot of fun, but you're constantly interrupted with ads and requests to leave 5 star ratings. That's disappointing.
