Perfect, suits its purpose! Credits from the deals go a LONG way. I can send a 5000 character message and 4 pictures for 1 credit. I bought 15 credits for like $11. It's super easy to use and is usually delivered the next day to my loved one. No issues and will continue to use and recommend. A wonderful service! Customer service is also kind and usually responds the next day.

TextBehind has been the only good thing I've experienced, during a very confusing 2 weeks. The prices are very reasonable, the customer service team is super fast to respond, knowledgeable, & they show kindness to their customers. I love this app. I have had a few issues, but I feel like it was more to do with the prison. Not text behind. For the most part, my loved one gets his letters and pictures the day after I send them. And the few problems i did have, text behind was so fast to help me out. It really is a great app to help keep in contact with your loved one. Highly recommended!!!

This is a wonderful way you get letters picture and other things to a love ones that in the prison system. Mail takes forever for them to get and with this app 24 hrs later they you're letter or pictures.. It might cost a little bit to send but the cost of stamps are outrages. With there discount offer when you buy so many letters at once it cost the same if not less. Great app. I would recommend it to anyone that has someone in the prison system.

This has been a great app to use! Credits are cheap and very convenient. Also can send up to 4 photos per text letter for no additional credits besides the one to send it. If my text letter is sent processed before 11am inmate get the text letter that same day. No hassel of mailing a letter and purchasing stamps. Had a few letters my friend never recieved but the support team was quick to reply and return my credits.

I haven't used this app yet!! But it is required to have if a person needs or want to communicate with a friend from (i.e.prison) which in this case this person is I haven't gotten to use it but benefits of having this app when talking about writing letter or emails in this case which the inmate will receive by the end of that same business day in most cases and the cost of sending a letter is eliminated as well as talking to that person with a low flat rate I believe if I read correctly. What a wonderful app keeping loved ones connected there's very little interruptions it's easy to use with on-site help if needed quick responses prices are very reasonable and there is a sense all security when connecting one-on-one I use a second authorization so you can trust that you're going to count is safe

This app has been very helpful towards the quality of life for my fiance as an inmate. He receives my letters and photos quickly and the photos are printed in pretty good colorful quality! I had an issue with a prison not giving him his letters before being transferred and this app kindly refunded my credits to make up for the prisons mistake!

Text behind is so much more convenient to use rather than postal stamps and printing photos ro send to your loved one, everyone knows the time away from your loved one can be very difficult but this just made it a little more easier to communicate. Thanks❤

I purchased 7 credits. I have been unable to use the credits. I keep receiving an error message insufficient funds. I contacted them over 4 times. It has been over a month and they refuse to even attempt to resolve the issue. They send me a generic message stating how to use the app. When I reply that I use the steps and still keep receiving the error message they refuse to reply or refund my money. I have even sent them a Screenshot of the error message.

Did not have a problem with them until today. I had four emails since the 18th that had not been processed. Yes I know about weekends and before 11am and all. I had to contact them today and then all of a sudden 3 of the 4 emails were processed. So I am still on them about the last one that I paid for. Then they don't even have a number to contact them. I will be flooding them with emails until this last email gets processed. Terrible app.

Decent app but doesn't work on weekends for the prison my bf is at but other than that it takes 6-15 hr timeframe to send him mail w/ pics included! I always purchased a "deal" & sending a letter or card w/ four pictures attached was always 99¢ so definitely not bad pricing! They need more card face selections IMO but I write often also!

This app is absolutely amazing. It's made to be very convenient for the family and inmate . Once you go into the app and submit your letter or card to be sent, it's printed immediately and sent straight to the inmate. Great for the family. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who has a loved one incarcerated

This is an absolutely fabulous service that was introduced to people with loved ones in the system. The anxiety of not being able to talk to your loved one for sometimes day is on end is almost unbearable sometimes and knowing that this is a service where you can just submit a letter and get it to that person quicker is great!!!

This has been TRASH for years so if course wisconsin made it the only option to send mail to insured. Nothing but missing mail and complaints. FORCE YOU TO BUY MORE THAN WHAT YOU NEED and have the audacity to call it a discount. I will never use this. I'll pay more for phone calls

Textbehind has been a very good experience for me. It was simple to set up and use. I'm thankful to be able to communicate with my love one and send him pictures. Textbehind response was quick when I needed them. I highly recommend it!

Love using the app to send letters and pictures to my fiance in prison. He gets them about 3 to 4 days after I send them. Love that I can up to 4 pictures in a letter. And always have plenty of space to write him stuff. He also loves to get mail through Textbehind over real mail so much faster and easier for him to read. Pictures also turn our amazing He says.

Our experience has been good. Text behind technicians helped me out with a few issues. All is well now. Our loved one has received several letters from us including pictures. The pictures from what we're told look very good, very clear. So, we recommend this app to keep in contact with your person. Rick

You all let me buy 15 credits and then tell me I caint text my loved one because your company wasn't able to service. She is my only contact as an Inmate.Then you offer to refund my money and you did but I've spent another whole day trying to figure out what app will let me communicate with her in there all by herself. I'm pissed beyond mere words.Because I bet you all say that you can now send her messages and I should purchase another round of new credits.It's been one of the biggest headaches

The app as been awesome sofar really simple to use and understand. I love how it gets your mail to your loved one in a day or two unlike traditional mail which takes weeks. Had 1 issue with them sofar my loved one didn't receive the letter I contacted them they responded right away and sent the letter back out free of charge and you can send up to 4 pictures with your letter it's awesome 5 ⭐s

This app makes it very easy to locate loved ones. I like the fact that sending letters to my friends and family is so simple my grandchildren can use it. No longer going to the post office for stamps and envelopes. Plus. You don't have to worry about putting the wrong address on the envelope. Thank you.

I started reading all the reviews that were negative, people claiming it's a scam or takes months, etc etc... First off, I've used this app several times to send letters and pics without any issues.... As far as timing, you need to read the fine print because the app is only responsible for getting the messages to the facility where your Inmate is. Then it's up to the facility to get it to the Inmate, so before bashing the app, you might wanna check into the prison's mail room.
