just got this app today and signed up for the free trial. whenever i try and save my video the bar stays at 0% and it pops up with "something went wrong". i was excited to use this app but it doesn't work? :(

I've recently switched phones from Apple to Android and it turns out there's no way to move my subscription to a new phone. I wrote several times to the customer support on Instagram, they said they'd get back to me with some solution, but never did. So if you are thinking of changing phones think again before paying for the membership, because they won't help you transfer your membership to a new phone, you'll have to pay for it twice

Great until recently. Love the video editor. Templates need a update. Picture upload has stopped working for anything other than recent pictures. So if it continues unfortunately I'll go back to lightroom. 4 stars if it's resolved.

So the art style is pretty rad, lofi street style which is excellent for my project really would love to give this 5 stars but... I can't seem to upload any of my photos from any other directory other than the default. If I try selecting any other folder it will just be blank. Would love to be able to use this otherwise

I LOVE THE FILTERS i just kinda hate it that a lot of them a lock but i understand!!! And i also kinda wish that there were more tools to edit the photos with? But overall i like the filters :)

They're just hoping people won't notice 90% of effects that are "premium" are exactly the same as other apps that have them for free. You can't even do anything to a video without paying except change brightness etc which most phones can do directly on their own now. Nothing new here. It's frustrating that apps keep trying to make a quick buck instead of actually making something unique people WANT to pay for :/

Bamboozled! I clicked on the 7 day free trial button and was transferred to pay €4,29 immediately. I did not pay close enough attention, but I had to cancel this monthly subscription of course and ask for a Google refund. Check your button Tezza, because a free 7 day trial is not what I got 😩

The audacity in these people! At first I thought I would've had this app for longer than I had it but it is unfair how almost everything is premium and none of the non-premium things are good that was my input on this horrible app

Used to be useful, with some effects only for the VIP. Now the ENTIRE app is VIP-only. Don't mask it as free with in-app purchases. It's completely paid now.

As a photographer and creator I could have not found a better app, love everything Tezza does seriously, so inspiring and unique!!

Had such an ok experience until recently. Can't do anything with the app. My photos don't even upload.

I had a fairly fabulous experience up until recently when I've been unable to download my creations from the app. The editing capabilities are wonderful and the app is incredibly user friendly. I'm just not sure what to do about this issue - I have tried reinstalling the app changing my permissions and searching forums. Two things that would make this even better would be 1. the ability to change the speed of videos within the app. 2. Only have subtitles on part of the video.

Loved this app and have paid for the premium version for a long time now. However the last few weeks it has changed drastically. All the images I've imported into the app now disappear, they appear to be lower quality once they've imported as well. Half the time they don't save now and videos aren't saving at all. Some of the presets have disappeared as well. Still have the paid version, on Android. Not impressed.

Ive been subscribed to Tezza for a long time and to begin with, it was great but recently it's not allowed me to save images or videos and it's crashed my phone. I've deleted the app and reinstalled, turned my phone on and off, I've even factory reset my phone. I thought it would fix the bug, but it's been so long now! Not great! Hopefully gets fixed soon because it is a great app! Unfortunately, I will be canceling my subscription

So happy that this is finally launched on Android but the app keeps crashing 70% of the time. Wish they would fix the bug or something. Its not like the app is free. Paid for it and it keeps crashing so u ended up not using it most of the time. Good designs, love the template and all but HATE that it keeps crashing.

It did interrupt me a couple times, but! Overall it's an amazing app. I read the reviews before hand and they're not great. I decided to try it out myself and I'm so thankful I did! This is 100% The app I was looking for. Thanks Tezza 💫

This app is what I'm looking for. All my photos are now very good-looking with the filters. I would really recommend it for people who want to express their photos with filters to make them even on point and on spot. Its worth a try to download yourself! I definitely recommend it. 😊 ::UPDATE:: I gave this app now a 2-3 because you have to get almost everything by trial, and I don't want to do that. Please make them free. It would make everyone want to download it. Who doesn't like free stuff?!

Trash! I paid for premium because the nicer filters are of course only available through premium. But not even a month in and I'm already having major issues. All but 6 of my photos were deleted from the app and I can't import anything at all now! Don't waste your time or money on this app. Yet another developer ignoring android users and producing an inferior version for the majority of their demographic.

Incredible app - when it works. Too bad when you click to edit on a picture the screen goes black and nothing loads. I'm really really really disappointed because I relied heavily on this app for the few months I used it and now ... I'm going to have to delete it. Tezza are so difficult to contact and I have not received a single response to any of the emails which I have sent. Thanks for the help👍 I do not recommend this app as the people who created it are not in the least bit helpful.

Not able to get photos from other albums it appears blank about to cancel

Honestly was my favourite app I pay for premium but now its not won't load any of my pictures screen just goes white not happy

Android users should always expect delays. The creators don't respond to messages about updates or bug fixes when they release new presets. Also, Google Pixel Pro videos won't save after edits. I will not be continuing my subscription to the app. Someone should compete with them for the Android market.

I love this app till recently and even paid for the premium.. all my photos that were edited and unsaved were deleted and I couldn't revisit them! Please help with this. Otherwise this app is straightforward and good! Its easy to use and u could copy the setting to the similar photos for the same style. Please help revise the app back to its original where photos are stored nicely!

I loved this app for over a year, probably two years by now, and now i have to pay more for premium for the same features I was using at the original monthly cost? If you want to offer a premium make it for additional features, don't start charging people for features they've been paying for and using all along.

This is a good easy app just not much in it at all ( but theres a lot of people that would like this app because its straight to the point, it doesnt have a lot of fancy uneeded things. ) —⭐These filters are good, but they are the same as in other apps. However they are pretty nice and fast. I like how easy this app is its easy to create with and good for beginners. Overall it's a good app. Its 8.99 yearly

I liked it until I realized you get 5 effects and have to pay to use the rest. So I highly recommend Kuji cam. Put it in airplane mode so it doesn't play adds and you can use all the filters and dusts and effects. Was hoping to use this so I wouldn't have to edit in airplane mode but not even worth it. This app is unnecessarily over priced.

I love everything about this app... I use it for both my personal and business socials. I think Tezza understands the user needs so well, and has provided a simple and easy preset filter solution (that is beautiful AF!) for both images and videos! To have an app that does both at such an affordable price point is a dream! Love love love! Thank you Tezza and Cole x

Beautiful filters and editing options, totally worth the subscription compared to others... Update after a few months of using; I have an Android so there are less features but I still had to pay the same price. Kind of a let down.

One of the good app for photo & video editing

Can't save videos! I pay for the upgraded service and I have no problem editing pictures/videos. But I have never been able to download the edited video to my phone. What's the point of editing it in the first place? It literally says downloading 0% and then says there was an error everytime.
