This app is obsolete ! The electronic ticket system in Athens has changed since 2018! Do not install ...there is no point!
Great app, since many of the automatic ticket dispensers do not work or the are large lines on the stalls. Some minor bugs but not something that make the app difficult to user. One question thought, will the app support the monthly, 6-month and one year cards in the future, because that would be a major improvement.
When you press on "My Tickets" you can't get back on home menu with the back arrow, but only with the home icon. This does not happen on other menus!
I got a ticket and before entering the bus I could not validate it. I go to my tickets, click on the ticket and there is info about the ticket however there is no option to validate it. I used this app 1 month ago and everything was fine. Now cannot validate the ticket!
Many people use a monthly card. Needs to support that functionally as soon as possible. And show how much time is left for the ticket, not the current time, it's useless.
Although my expectations were low, this app managed to impress me. First of all its fully functional. Second of all it's pretty easy to use. Checkout process is working for virtual prepaid cards and that alone is a miracle. Suggestions: like many others have mentioned you should include the monthly card option as soon as possible. It's true that possible discounts for bulk purchases would make the app more attractive. That's all, good job you guys!
There should be a discount of some kind(buy 10 tickets get 1 free), since there is no paper printed, and no distribution fee. More people would use the app in that case.
No complain but there is always place for improvement.

Needs monthly cards
Καλή εφαρμογή κάνει αυτό που πρέπει. 2 προτάσεις. 1) ¨Όταν ενεργοποιώ το εισιτήριο αναβοσβήνει ένα κουτί με την τωρινή ΄ώρα. Την τωρινή ώρα μπορώ να τι δω κ πάνω δεξιά στο κινητό μου. Πρέπει να υπάρχει αντίστροφη μέτρηση. . 2) Όταν διαλέγω εισιτήρια μου δε μπορώ να πάω πίσω με το βελάκι. πρέπει να πατήσω το home button. 3 αστέρια προς το παρόν.
Πατάω "τα εισιτήρια μου" και μετά πατάω το κουμπί πίσω στο Android και δεν γίνεται τίποτα... Όλα αυτά με την αποθήκευση πιστωτικής κάρτας και τα εισιτήρια να λήγουν στους 3 μήνες είναι αρκετά επίφοβα, ειδικά για ελληνική εφαρμογή! Πήρα τις πιστωτικές σου και πήγα στις μπαχάμες γιατί βαρέθηκα την μύκονο το ξέρετε? Βάλτε paypal
1. Καλό είναι να προσθέσετε και άλλους τρόπους πληρωμής (πχ PayPal), 2. Μια φορά καθώς πήγα να ενεργοποιήσω 2ο εισιτήριο ενώ ενεργοποιούνταν το πρώτο πάτησα πίσω και το πρώτο δεν ενεργοποιήθηκε, 3. Προσθέστε μηνιαίες κάρτες pls 4. Σε σχέση με άλλους κατάφερα να κάνω ανάκτηση κωδικού 5. Καλό είναι να δείχνει ένα countdown όσο αφορά τον χρόνο που έχει απομείνει στο κάθε εισιτήριο. Καλή προσπάθεια πάντως
Πολύ καλή για αρχή! 1) Καλό θα ήταν να τρέχει σε android <4 πολυς κόσμος δεν έχει 4+ 2) Αν και φαντάζομαι τα θέματα ασφάλειας-ταυτοποίησης για την προσθήκη μηνιαιων καρτων, βρείτε κάποια λύση και βάλτε και μηνιαιες κάρτες pls (πχ φωτογραφία του χρηστη απο την καμερα του κινητου κλπ) 3) αν και δεν χρησιμοποιω paypal - ειναι απαραίτητο. 4) αντίστροφη μέτρηση διάρκειας εισιτηρίου
This is a very good app and the system is very easy to use, I hope to see soon more ticket types like the monthly cards as well as some discounts when I buy 5+ tickets... Smooth sail ahead..

Could not sign up
App does not function. I really wanted to use the bus system correctly and to pay. App not updated since 2015. There is no way for a commuter to buy a bus ticket unless they first go to a train/metro station. This system forces riders to hop on busses without paying. I called the help line of the transport system and the representative had no solution to offer or any knowledge of the phone app to purchase tickets. Please fix this. thx.
