complete garbage app, too bad that there is 'no star' rating option unfortunately I have to use it because this app is linked to the watch. the developer does not support the product for years , it is shame, fix the app!!!! the only setting in the watch is retained is the watch face, but all other settings are getting reset to the watch default!!! at least make the fix to the metrix for the temperature and time!!! shame, shame, shame!!!!
You guys can't connect via QR Code. You must connect it via Bluetooth. After your phone and your watch paired, open the app, go to device, than press go add button. If you don't find your smartwatch yet, reconnect your smartwatch again to your phone by unpair it, and then pair it again. Goodluck.
F**KING GARBAGE, Absolute rubbish, how the hell do you connect the phone through the app??? BT is switched on my mobile and manages to connect but the app doesn't see it??? Any ideas to connect as I can't change the time. Thank you
This app is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!Can't figure out how to change the temp to Fahrenheit. Can't get any help from the help center because the web page is unavailable. Overall, there needs to be a LOT of changes and upgrades to this app before it's useful.
Excellent Watch everything that I have tried works great the only thing I noticed is it changes back every day to 24 hour clock and metric measurement so I just reset the 12 hour clock and Imperial and it works fine. I checked the BP with my home BP devise and the watch is all most spot on I can't believe how they can do this and at such an inexpensive watch.
Every thing works as it should with the watch. Only hope the option of screen time out could be added for longer screen illumination and more face options would be great also. Thanks
It don't give any opinions on if your heart rate,blood pressure, oxygen levels are good or not! The speaker you can't hear much at all! I did buy the smart watch at Wal-Mart for a very great price though other than that! I got nothing else to say!!!!!
I am so disappointed,the cause the binding notice wasn't there anymore. Kindly fix this problem, I cannot synchronize my watch. Thanks.
The watch itself works okay for what it is, but the app is garbage. Push notifications don't work, and it's constantly losing connecting to the watch. Can't select email as a push notification. Only thing that's gone to my watch has been phone calls. Nothing else works. Good thing it was cheap, but it should be able to do at least what it advertises, and it can't do even the basic parts of that.
Disappointed. This worked quirky but ok until I updated to a newer phone. Now no alerts for phone or messaging are ever sent to the band and that's why I bought it.
You can't change weather f/c. The app keeps disconnecting from watch and you have to reset personal information like weight in lb./kg. And the time switches back to 24hr. Time. It's so annoying. Very lame info graph and things. This needs to be fixed. Nobody likes this app. Please fix the issues that everyone has talked about its all the same issues.
Watch has great battery life goes for days, I barely put it on the charger for watch e12. Only thing needs to be updated is my watch goes back to 24 hour time daily other then that I'd give 5 stars. I put a custom watch band on mine. The watch is nice and light weight.
Cannot revert to the original analog watch-face after changing the wall paper to digital watch-face. No analog watch-face option in the apps. Please add some more option. The display stay on for a very short time. No option to change either. The apps needs improvement but the watch itself is good.
I just received it today. Thought it would've been more interactive. And I thought I would be able to download more faces. And this app doesn't sync the weather.. A let down but not a total disappointment. Its cool for what it does. I've paid more for worst watches. I like it and I'll keep it, but I'll probably get a named brand one.
Fact that the watch thats in pretty good quality and fashion only works with a really poor app makes me sad. Thank god i connected ONCE so atleast it shows the correct time now.
Disappointed, the app doesn't work with my Samsung. So many problems with it, does anyone have a better option yet?
This app is useless...hardly connects with your phone, does not notify for messages with linked app..its just worthless...pls improve on this, just using it cos phone needs app to work but it's just not working. I have install virtually all the time to see if it can connect
Is there anyway to get the temperature in Fahrenheit? Also the blood pressure numbers are in reverse!! Also sending emails to them go unanswered! My watch face resets every day. Weather is a joke etc stay away!!! It's so bad the watch faces you get in the instructions are not available!!!!!!!!I keep sending messages to the email .. nothing.If you have a watch that uses this app you still have time to send it back!
Terrible app. Hope you will fix at least some of the below issues: 1. Time won't sync sometimes until you uninstall/install app on mobile device, especially if you reset settings in watch 2. No separate view/UI for weather in watch 3. Lack of multiple faces for watch 4. Lack of the option to remove screen saver in watch and option to change image in screen saver (Like WearFit 2.0) 5. Lack of the option to increase timeout for screenlight when it shows time. Fix these and will give you 5 stars
The bad rating isn't for the extremely simple UI but for the sheer lack of interest with which the app seems to have been built. A budget smartwatch with decent hardware ruined by a frequently malfunctioning software which doesn't even have proper help resources. My watch started showing the wrong time inspite of syncing with the app multiple times, disconnecting/reconnecting multiple times, rebooting the watch, factory resetting it and even uninstalling and reinstalling this god forsaken app
Can't change Celsius to Fahrenheit. Not many watch face options and the edit part of custom watch face doesn't work at all. For the price it's not bad, I guess. Knowing this I would've spent more for better options
Total Garbage!! App keeps disconnecting with watch. Also, it resets your watch back to default factory settings, so you lose all your custom settings AND your watch dial face. App and watch has No option to set how long the screen stays on. So you have 3 seconds to look at your watch before screen shuts off. I Hate this App and the watch it's supposed to sync up with. The proverb "You get what you pay for" is true. Trash!!!
