Truly easy to use and a great asset for both providers and patients at any time, but especially now. TGH is always easily the best Healthcare in our area. App is easier to navigate than the insurance company's virtual app. Highly recommend!
Saved me time and a visit to the walk-in, can't beat that. From what I can see it is a pay only consultation, you can not use insurance... Kind of a bummer but it was only $49 not bad.
Good experience but it was a little laggy but I think that was on my drs end but it was nice to do my visit from home especially during all this pandemic seeing I'm a high risk to go out but love it will use it again

the overall experience with the app was very good the visual contact was good the wording was good so there are no break-ups in it or freezes in it so I consider that to be very good
This was my first virtual doctor's appointment. It was very easy to set up, and great to see my doctor face to face! Great experience!
App worked fine. It was very pleasant to not have to go in to the doctor's office because of covid-19. I will do this as often as possible.
This app is excellent. You can see and hear your doctor clearly. This is the best idea TGH. 😁

Great experience, if you don't need a physical, Pap, etc then virtual is the way to ho.

Garbage app waited 45 mins. As Dr. Got online finally it sounded as if a voicemail was playing asking me to press 1 etc...

excellent care, convenient, and super easy to use! the only annoying part is the recorded "welcome to virtual care" introduction that you have to watch every time you use the app. there should be an option to skip the intro.
