Keep having error happen, I lost my money when I try to book a ticket. Not just that, it sometimes often log out suddenly out of nowhere, I've been trying to sign in again, but it keep saying server error
Honestly, not a great app. MovieClub is difficult to understand, the "Every Wednesday RM2 off" is impossible to understand unless you tested things out yourself, which I will do after this review. The app doesn't show your bookings, I DONT EVEN KNOW IF VOUCHER MEANS THE MOVIECLUB MEMBERSHIP. The UI is terrible, the only thing that's working below averagely is purchasing your tickets. Without your MovieClub discount. Don't rely on this app. It's REALLY not worth it..
This apps so horrible. So worse. I can't even signing up and even though i gave my email address correct it still showing "Please enter a valid email". So frustrating.
Trying to book a movie is annoying as it will give you a list of movies currently showing but when you clicked one, it will just pop on and off. Was trying to book now for about 2 hours.
Can't even reset my password. The email won't even bring me to the password reset page on the app. So I used my computer to open the link, and now the reset button doesn't even respond when being clicked. How infuriating.
The application is horrendous. The simple act of signing up to make an account can be so mindbogglingly annoying, yielding little to no results. After trying to make an account, I was greeted with an error message. When I had to verify my phone number again, it left a 'This number is already in use' message without promptly telling me that the account was actually made beforehand. Even verifying the email leads to an error message after doing the reCAPTCHA.
Stupid app. Ask people to verify email after sign up for membership but when click on the link given in the email, it can't even verify and activate membership. Said to go website and and activate. Tried so many times. Wasting my time.
What is wrong with this app? Everytime i was busy scrolling at the movie and time it always crashed. Always without fail.
Stop having a splash screen every time app is launched. Also it logs you out if you open it without a data connection. Have you heard of UI design and offline viewing? 🙄
Trying to register as a new user. Email link to verify doesn't work at all. Totally useless. Disappointed. Nowonder, ur competitor is doing better.
Am very disappointed with this apps. This apps keep said server down untill i made a mistake on date booking. I request for change date not request for refund but customer service neglected my request. I will not use this apps anymore
Please make the intro skippable. It's annoying as sell time consuming to have the introduction playing before you can actually book the ticket.
Have to login and reset passwords everytime i need to use it and reset all over again by emel. Please upgraded your system. Contact me for more detail.
Just worst!!! Don't have a mentioning of your available movie money when will expired then suddenly deduct without warning.. worst maintenance team and all the one who design it.. just worst!!!!
Hi, something bad happened to me. TWICE!! I want to buy movie ticket, while paying with Grabpay, my money deducted, but the ticket is gone. Your system become error and doesn't show my ticket. Why is this happening? DAH LA NK REFUND DUIT AKU TU AMBIL 5 HARI. DUIT AKU HABIS KAT REFUND KAU JE KE?
Useless app already sign correct email and password still can't login . Click forgot password also didn't help. Corrupt

Useless app can't even log in to my account always say my email is invalid leaving me no choice but to use the browser ver to log in my account
App is not updating real time. Saw in app and website both showing different timings. Please do something about this.
The apps always show error sign. and yesterday i purchased tickets for spiderman and the money already deducted from my account but i didn't get the tickets and the apps said that I didn't make any transaction. trying to contact tgv but didn't get any response. so bad.
This apps is so stupid. Maybe just like its developer. Put my email that been used since 10 years ago and the apps saiad it not valid. Fak betul
I don't understand the UI design choices that have been made in the latest version of the app. I used to be able to select the movie I want, and then have my cinemas sorted by distance. Apparently that's no longer an option now. Not all cinemas are displayed too, which means I have to take an extra step to search for the cinema that I wanted to go to. Now every screen requires 5 seconds of loading which really adds up and the whole user experience becomes infuriating very quickly.
App has slow response and sometimes does not respond at all. Even if you perform selection for ticket booking very quickly it will suddenly say connection time out then you have to start all over again and still won't be able to finish the booking after a few trial. And mind it, after you got that connection time out message the selected seats will not be available to be reselected in your next trial. You'll end up selecting seats closer to the screen. Very frustrating and such a waste of time.
while the new version looks better, the old version is more reliable. i never manage to get the otp code sent to my phone number. instead i have to get the code from my email. apparently my phone number is wrong. it's not wrong. also hate the default horizontal scroll on the movie list. had to press another button to make it vertical. suggest to make vertical scroll as default. love the option to use movieclub member discount when paying for ticket.
The app became horrible after latest update that completely revamped the UI. Last time account registration was disabled but now it's enabled I still can't register also because it got error when sending confirmation email. The "History" menu also gone so without an account you can't see the purchased tickets after closing the app. Luckily I have the habit of taking screenshot of the QR code. The code sent by email was too small can't be scanned. I called but no answer. Email also not replied.
First time using this app yesterday at AU2. The interface is acceptable and it is not too complicated. Overall a friendly usage app. However, it is constantly missing features like barcode, booking info and stagnant screen when I tried to tap onto something. It seems that whenever I download something into my phone, the app went stone cold.
STOP THE BLOODY NOTIFICATION if the user already turns off the push notification in the app setting. If I turn off the notification in your APP setting thats mean I DONT WANT to receive push notification from this app. If you don't want the user to turn off notification just remove the option in the setting page. Update: Oh they really removed from the settings lol but I'll block the notification from android.
