Bad experience - reloaded the app on my phone but cannot log on
The app is only in FR. I could not load my ticket.
Only in French
I can plan journeys from Paris to Toulouse on TGV INOUI PRO (TGVIOP).

It does not accept my date of birth when I know it is correct. Therefore I cannot complete my profile.
Cannot login. It claims my birth date is wrong!!
Date of birth doesn't work so useless!
Issue to enroll invalid birth date format although using widget so I don't control the date format my phone default language is English I guess they expect French ?

unable to install the app as it tells me my birthday is incorrect, I logged onto the web to check my profile but it is the same one, I have no idea why the app wont accept my birthday, Its a pity because I used this app all the time and normally its great
Can't use app... birthday incorrect error, impossible to change it... incredible how EVERYONE is complaining about the same but SNCF does nothing! Tan tan tan tan....
I have been using this app for 18 months and I travel a lot by train (Grand Voyageur Le Club). When it works it's great. Pity it has so many bugs. Initially there was a problem with registering the fidelity card. Now, all card details have been reset and I cannot access my account details, since I am not allowed to log in. Pretty annoying.
Even without a French mobile, you used to be able to use it with registering, for each booked trip. Now even this doesn't work. Utter rubbish.
This app really is very handy. The bug for the rail card photo's been fixed but there's a new one: trips disappear 20 minutes before they're due to start. Bit frustrating

And as my phone number does not validate, none of my other info. is possible to save...one of those apps that did not last 2 minutes in my phone, so there may of course be good things about it too, for those with french phone numbers.
Functionally working well. All my reservations are correctly synchronised. A bit slow, but they are all there, from different cards. UI isn't very attractive though.

Got a phone in English and it works. However it changes the screen brightness in a really weird way... Pushing the brightness to see the qrcode is a nice idea, but why decrease it all the way on other pages ?
