Useless. Can't do the basics. Can't check into flights. For check in it makes you reenter all the personal information the app already has, and then gives and error and says you can't get the boarding pass and need to stand in line for it. Why have this function in the app? Gives the option to select meals, but then gives an error. Why have this function in the app if it doesn't work?

tons of error in both the main website and the app. main website after selecting dates and route keep throwing Departure Date error despite all correct. have to refresh minimum 20 times for it to work. Now talking about app, checkin process keeps throwing error saying cannot send boarding pass despite all information is provided and shared. Really a weird system adopted and used by Thai airways.

Improved experience. However, the app does not indicate fields which have an incorrect data. It just stays at the same screen after I hit the continue button many times. It would be good if these fields can be highlighted in red

One of the worst app ! At ROP, screen can't enlarge and information are shown cut off! Filteration of hotels by country, city dont work! Try vietnam, hoi an, and it gives you mostly thai hotels!!! Annoying!! And information provided at hotels level does not let you know which cayegory they are in and have to refer back to your award hotel redemption list. Why cant you guys issue the award voucher or since you guys are so incompetent, can jusy key in voucher no and automatically shows all hotels

The app is easier to use than their website. Log into the website and you go right to the ROP site, and are not able to book flights. log into the app and all account information appears. It would be nice if they fixed that.

Have booked the flight through them They changed the schedule and the I cancelled my booking. Now I am not getting any reply from them regarding my booking and my money back. They are not replying to my email. They are not picking up my call even. Its SHady. I don't recommend it at all.

Useless airways they are not run any flight from Australia to other country's but still showing cheapest and making bookings. They cancelled all flight 3days before they are giving refund and not giving any alternative. I am waiting for my refund from 5months still I haven't received my money.

always an issue. accept terms and conditions not functioning when wanting to update addrees profile keeps going back to download the app. I have had the app and updated for about 7 years

Big airline like Thai airways and really cheap application even the website is so cheap i can't upgrade my self hard to edit to upgrade to do anything or maybe there is no options this app and website only to check ur booking nothing else worth it.. Am reviewing the application not airline service because there service as business class was good even in normal class

was a bumpy start . now apps useful . still hard use on mobile phone predicated tex much better then small drop downs . its 100% better then old web apps a least can book without crashes

The app is really poor when it comes to checking member status, mileage etc. you keep getting sent back to the website Thai should start having a look at other Star Alliance partners like Lufthansa or Singapore Airlines. In 2019, it's shocking to see an app which is not user friendly for members, it's just good for booking flights and general information

Installed it 2 weeks ago. It won't find my booking, keeps saying "server issues" when I search for it. Completely useless as far as I can see.

Well, the app is easy enough to use. And the prices are displayed including taxes and i really appreciate that. Payment was seamless and fast.

Can't book a flight or even see the price if a flight error comes up when selecting price of any journey saying the country code of my phone number is not correct. Well it is and what has this got to do with looking up prices and availability

This app works fine and I use it frequently to manage my travel on TG. One star deducted as flight changes even on full flex fare are not supported.

Not a user friendly site. Not so simple to use. Make it easier to use and you might get online bookings. Its currently complicated. SORRY but true. When i do fly I like to use Thai.

The app in ge eral works OK but it refuses to allow bookings. It asks me to "update my phone number on my rop profile". Phone number is there, checked. But no way forward. Any chance to fix this glitch?

Everything is ok except when it comes in choosing the seat. I dont know how to confirm the seat selected and how to go to the next flight.. in the end i just paid the fare and did not choose a seat anymore

This used to be a nice native app but recent updates just made it works like a web frame redirect to Thai Airways mobile web that taking long time to load. User profile edit is just redirect to mobile site that you need to log in again. Please bring back the old version.

only able to search, select flight but not able to book. keeps saying not internet connection. tried updating but to no avail. kindly look through the booking process.

Inside the app is just a frame menu leads to web view. When search flight always show error about phone number, error code (1048 - 100) using mobile web is better...

Used to be the best airline app but since this upgrade/redesign version now just average maybe get used to it but annoying when the other one was just perfect.

Downloaded this app because I can't sign in to my Royal Orchid Plus account. Apparently, it's the same even with the official app. Total waste of time and I hope they fix it soon.

Terrible experience. Downloaded, logged in and kept asking me to update my mobile number. Did that. Reloaded app, signed in and asked me to update mobile again. Please fix this. Either something wrong with your website or your app or both.

One of the worst app and a worst service provider. Thai airlines have cancelled my flight in April 2020 due to Covid lockdown and even after 13 months, they did not refund the amount. Worst group on this planet earth.

Travelling a lot and the app is quick and easy to use all my details are saved so just put in dates and keep clicking continue fast service
