It is a good app but whenever I need updates I need to sync data for it,I didn't face this problem when I started using the app but now I need to do this everyday
How do you add 2nd child? Do we need to call the school to get a unified login to see both the children? Right now can login and see only one child's details at a time. Parent @ TIS, kandivali, Mumbai, Mh

I had this application installed on my old phone. Recently i changed my phone and installed this app. But i am not able to do login as the app wants a code through sms which i am not receiving. So please guide me as i want a soln on this....

Need to be updated regularly
The app doesn't have option to add second child after adding first via settings or something. Once registered with one code, there is no way to add another code in case of 2 children and if you missed adding both at the same time. Moreover, the code is not accepted if you uninstall the app and reinstall.

It's the best way of knowing the daily classwork of the kids. Keep it up TIS and please update the same on a daily basis, the way it is done till date.
I stopped receiving messages suddenly .I had to uninstall and then reinstall to get back the notifications. Does this app have an auto update
Gr8 app. keeps us in touch with the school n it's ongoing. Good way to share the school pics too. Thank u tis for keeping up with parent suggestions 😊

With the onset of new term and new standard for kids and also a change in the principal the school has seemed to do lots of changes namely logo and identity card...... The introduction of a mobile app is something which I never dreamt off..... Nice work Honourable Veena Desai.!!

One of most outdated app. it has no inbuilt auto sync option. called the developer's office and they have no clue. for every thing they have a standard answer. cobtact school. if that is the only way, please give school's name on app and remove yours. your app does not deserve even a single star.
