The app updated itself and wont work on my phone. Switched to IPad to discover only one device allowed. Come to branch they said. I am stuck in China. They need to adapt to the covid era and be more flexible. They advised me to withdraw with my ATM and send by Western Union!! I just needed to make some simple transactions between Thai accounts. INet doesnt work either unless you go to the branch. Ridiculous..
Low usability, force user to upgrade, no feature to edit favourite, only remove. Night or randomly hours would be always pending and kept loading icon on screen, untrancated session and block new requests.
I'm writing bad review because i couldn't sign-in after updates, and this has been an issue for me since then until now. i did called Thanachart call-center and found out that the updates one wouldn't work on Huawei. please do something quicker and perhaps check before launching the update, some peoples are really suffer from this mistake!!!!!
เพิ่งจะมี pin ให้ใช้ กลายเป็นสร้างปัญหา เข้าแอปไม่ได้ login ได้ บังคับให้สร้าง pin มีแค่ตัวเลขให้กด แต่กดแล้วก็ error "Your pin does not match the bank's criteria" ช่วยเอาเงื่อนไขการเช็ค password ออกด้วย อันนี้มันมีแต่ตัวเลข developer ชุ่ยมาก
The new application is slow, ugly, and the English grammar needs a lot of editing. The older application is simpler and a lot better.
Very slow. Too slow, super slow. Can not change our own detail much in app. Not so convenient for this modern world. Importantly, banking app! ช้ามาก จะโอน จะทำอะไรทีรอนานมาก ตามแอปธนาคารอื่นไม่ทันเลย
Worst application, super slow respond and sometime cannot access such as yesterday, need to update but nothing working so I have to reinstall. Very upset, very bad. Thanachart should develop urgently!!!
Too slow and freezing. Although ssfx was added in last updated version, I cannot go through for purchasing. How useless!!
After update, it is no longer user friendly. The app also worked slower than the previous version.
Overall are good, But it's 2019 here guys! we need a real-time transaction alert and a better user interface.

Fund subscription is not working anymore. If you want business and care your investors it might a really good idea to fix this. (10.10.2020) After i managed to subscribe funds, it's not working again since 1 week. Please fix it asap.
The only modern looking thing about this app is its logo. The rest are the looks from the early-2010s. Also, why would you have the 'Remember Me' check box when it does nothing?
this is really so advantageous to a customer like me, its easy to access in all transactions, paying bills and everything! i hope this will fix very soon.
Worst banking app I have. Slow. Too many steps. Can't keep up with itself so easy to make mistakes.
Very very complicated,separated user and password.staff not rechecked email. Wasted the time over 2 weeks. Very bad!!!
After updated, I can't log in anymore. Please bring it back to your old fashion design if the new one is not stable.

failed that change policy to login only 1 device, need to go to branch to reset. due to covid crisis. How come that policy happend.

Application still have way to utilize the module and functionality. Currently like "beginner" in e-banking services.
Keeps telling me to update and cannot access old app..but will not ùpdate...so go nowhere...no stars sorry.

It's getting worse by each update. Became ridiculously slow, functionality has not improved. It's impossible to see even basic details of transactions (but it shows things that no one ever need). Your IT department should wake up and do something.
