Can't open the app after the latest update with a warning about not being able to run on rooted devices. My Android phone is not rooted nor ever has been.
Like others have said over the last several months, the app crashed every time I tried to register. I can't believe this still isn't fixed!

Good concept. Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. Careful if you live in Georgia. If you try to redeem your prize, GA is not listed in the states list, so there is no way to checkout! I emailed customer service twice within about 6 months. Once I got a "we are looking into it". Second time, crickets. Disappointing. I hope they fix it.
Can't even register - it simply crashes after the first registration page so I've never used the app.

The idea is pretty good: get points for stuff I do anyway, and trade them in for a few extra miles. But the experience lately hasn't been as good as when I started. First, why does this app want bluetooth permission? I see no need for it, but it keeps asking. I generally have bluetooth off. Is there some benefit that isn't explained? Also, why the change in points threshold? It's hard enough to collect points from a handful of purchases at a single airport, but now I can't even get minor rewards for a long while. Not sure this is even worth the trouble anymore.

Will not find any airport I pick, and is in their system. Will not let me go further. Deleting now.
I wish this app would work outside of the airport to make points.
Case sensitive user names are ridiculous. I have a code to scan for a bonus, but there is no way to use it in the app. The parking garage said I could register and get credit for that trip, but again there is no mention of a way to do it on the web page or in the app. Has some potential, but needs to be easier to use.
Really terrible. Yep, app crashed when creating an account (like EVERYONE else posted) so i had to do it on the main website. once you get finally get logged in and see what points are offered... you will realize there is no upside to this. And there is no easy way to cancel your account. Heck, if they dont support their app, will they care about members?
