The Ace Family

First of all, I don't get notifications, but that's fine because I can just look myself, everybody keeps complaining about having to pay for the corner videos, but I can't even find them, they are nowhere to be found, this app is really useful for Merch and their latest videos, so I think it's great, also the playlist is awesome

So far I am liking the app but one thing i can't fix is how to turn the post notifications on! I've deleted the app and redownloaded several times and I have never been asked if i wanted post notifications. I've even tried deleting the app from my google play history so that there was no record of previous history. I've tried messing with the app through phone setting and nada. If i figure something out I'll comment it but for now i can't and ive already missed your first livestream :/ Oh i have an Andriod btw

Went in to see the merch. Almost bought the black tumbler! However, stopped the process because shipping costs $12.99 for 2 day priority! What if I don't want priority shipping? I'm comfortable receiving it like any other normal app/site shipping 5-7 days free/less than $12.99? Doesn't give any other option and I was not going to spend $35 dollars on a tumbler with the starting price of $19.99. You guys are more expensive than Starbucks!!!!

I love the app so much!! But it says to pay for membership, and the notification message doesnt pop up. So can you fix that. I tried installed the app again and it still didnt pop up. I dont know if its because my phone or because a have an indroid. So can you fix it. But other than that i love you all so much 💕💕🖤

Everytime i go to purchase membership it doesn't allow me to go through, do to high traffic of subscriptions or because it doesn't want to validate my email..i love the ace family and i really want to be able to be subscribe but im having too much trouble. I may or may not have been charged twice as well

Great app! Lots of nice features to! I recommend you make your phone cases in other phones sizes to. I was pretty disipointed when the phone cases were only for apple phones, since i don't have one and many others don't either. Other than that its a great app and i recommend!👍

They've promised a whole lot of exclusive content that is non existant. If you currently have the app, please cancel and uninstall it. If you are thinking about getting it, don't. It's a waste of phone space and money if you decide to pay for the subscription.

Like Austin and Catherine said, the app isn't fully developed but the parts that they already have are amazing! It's so cool to see more of the Ace Family than just through YouTube. I haven't fully watched Elle's first video yet but I think it's going to be good. If anyone is looking to find more of the Ace Family, this is where you should go.❤❤

I was very disappointed that the app only functions to buy merchandise(which is something already available on their website) if you want any access to the exclusive content they charge a monthly fee. Also the fact that they never mention you have to pay. Not cool ACE family. Uninstalling.

I like the idea of the app, I even bought the membership to get exclusive content. The only problem is that I can't manage to get the video full screen and it keeps logging me out.Please fix this!!!!

I really like ace family and I have have been waiting for the labor video to come out. But they are just going to post it on the app where u have to pay for it many of us will now never to see it. I personally don't have the money to pay for the membership and there is no reason to make us pay to watch exclusive things I thought this was the whole point of the app but they never advertised that you have to pay for the membership until more people downloaded the app. ,

I absolutely love this app that Austin and Catherine have created... so much of their time and effort is shown through what is seen from the app! I would like to meet them one day as it would be so much fun and amazing to see them in person... the only thing I'm a little confused about is why I can't see the corners or the video of Elle which was said to be posted... I haven't paid for any membership and I don't know if that may be the reason. I would appreciate if one of the ace family team would help me understand. Just thought I would also mention that I did try uninstalling it and reinstalling it and there were no changes. Thank you

I can't even download the wallpapers, none are showing up on on gmail 😭 I hope that y'all can help out this android user lol 😣❤. Please try and fix this, also I want to be able to play the playlist without using Spotify , and I've tried so much looking for that push notification to pop up even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it didn't show the push notification 😭

I love the app. I am just having a problem becoming a member. It's my birthday tomorrow and my husband is letting me get the year subscription but every time I fill out the fields and pay with card, it tells me that it's unavailable and to try a different browser . I really want to see Elle's video. Can someone help me purchase please. 😢😢😢😢

I've been watching their videos since day 1 and their content is so positive. The app is quite user-friendly and makes it easier to get videos, merch and other notifications all in one application. Thumbs up 👍

I Love the Ace Family and what they stand for. The only issue and constructive criticism I can give is the interface of app needs some work. I want to be able to enlarge the videos in the membership section like i would a Youtube video and i noticed the app glitches just a tad when i rotate my phone. I know it takes a lot of work and dedication into creating an app but I am hopeful that it will get better for the Android Fam. Hopefully I helped in some way. Love you guys!

I love the ace family and I think the app is a great idea, I dont care that there is a fee, this kinda stuff is their job after all. And 3 bucks a month isnt that much. Only thing I dislike is there is no way to comment on the livestreams/videos and it's annoying to have to go back and forth to twitter just to comment on the livestream. Also push notifications dont work on android which is a real bummer. there has been nothing new added to the app in over a year. dont buy the subscription.

I've been trying to complete my membership for almost 2 weeks now. The issues the app is having with all the traffic on the site still isn't resolved on the day they said it would. I will try again tomorrow just to give it an extra day, but if it's not working I'm deleting this app. Maybe it's because I have a Samsung and they haven't updated the android version but that's not fair. Very disappointed with the false promises. Love them so much but this is not cool. You should make sure your site can support a large amount of traffic before you release it especially if you have 10 mil+ followers. Just very disappointed 😔

I really like the app , but I do want to ask for some fix ups as I know it is brand new, but works still needs to be done to it. I am a ace family member, so when I go to the member section, is not always that I can see the videos with out needing to sign in again. I want to be able to enter it and always be sigh in. Also I can't see to find a way to make the videos full screem. Send much love to the ACE family.

Well I subscribed to it and it won't let me sign in it keeps skipping that part and goes straight for me to subscribe again. So yall are gonna have to post the extra scene stuff on YouTube because I'm pretty sure those who won't be able to watch them because of the app will be disappointed to miss out. I was excited but now I'm frustrated I can't enjoy the app how I'm supposed to.

This is really awesome!! I just wanted to tell that maybe you should divide the playlists into categories like party songs, soft songs or by your own individual tastes or anything you prefer which will make it more composed and easy...p.s. its awesome!!

I love the Ace fam but it hurts me that they keep saying they're REAL fans and REAL members who have the app, but the app is really no use to me since I can't see any videos or live streams or even properly sign up. I can't even buy any merch or there membership because some parents don't understand or have the money to sign up for the app. I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to delete the app until further updates. Thanks for working hard on this app and I hope it gets better for a lot of people like me!💕

I love this app but I am having trouble becoming a member so I don't think I can watch the live streams which makes me extremely sad.Also I have a Samsung Note 5.I really want to see the videos and other things also the post notifications. And I keep redownloading the app to see if It pops up but nothing. Please ace family fix this problem so I can see the videos thank you and I love the ace family ❤︎.

I'm absolutely willing to pay, but no where on my Ace Family app does it even give me the option of a membership. Elle's video doesn't come up anywhere to pay for that and watch...and I'm wanting to know how to fix this. I don't care how much I need to pay, but I need to know how(!) and why its not giving me any other options besides how to buy merch, look at quotes, wallpapers, Youtube videos...but nothing about exclusive content, and i have also deleted and re-downloaded this twice, and nothing pops up about setting up notifications. Please help! I've reached out everywhere. i want to give you 5 stars because I love you guys, but I'm scared it'll make it so that you don't see this "review"/problem....i'm giving 5 stars anyways....i cant bring myself to give any less to grab your attention, but hopefully you see this. help!!

Definitely not worth it, very basic the colors hurt my eyes and hard to read against the red background. You have to pay for exclusive footage that has been garbage, boring basic and not fun or entertaining. App crashes alot. The exclusive content has videos that are less than 6 minutes and comes with threats if you repost any of their content. Deleted immediately

Turns out you have to pay for the corners. The ace family already make enough money with their videos, their basketball games, and merch why do we have to pay to watch videos? I'm really sad they should have at least made one or two videos free, now I regret making the account, hopefully I can get my account out it else I'll be Spam with notification from the app. Honestly if you don't have money then don't download this app. Nothing else for you to do other then look at the merch which you'll probably not be able to buy if you can't afford the membership.

I can't see Elle's video or any video corner as said, there's no post notification option and also there's a problem in signing up. I am an android user don't know if that's the issue but please try to fix this things.

It was kinda nice and u can see all the clothes clothes that are available . I really love the ace family and the only reason why I downloaded this app was to see Elle's,Catherine's and Austin's corner but apparently you have to pay for it and this really disappointing because when the ace family was talking about it they were talking about how amazing it is and there we should go see the new videos that are on Elle's or Catherine's or Austin's corner and I really wanted to see them and it's just disappointing that you have to pay for them I just really thought it was gonna be free. Now the only thing I can really see you on the ace family is up up is the new clothes and which clothes are sold out and new YouTube videos that have been uploaded and that's basically kind of all.

I downloaded it a few times and still can't get the notification, also I can't see elle new video. plz plz fix it i don't know if it's because i have an Android phone. Still love you guys but I would love for the app to work and do what guys said it useful for.

In the ace family YouTube video they said to make sure push notifications are on and they showed how to do it. And I followed all of the steps they said to do and I still dont see anywhere to turn on push notifications at all. I have the android version of the app. Maybe they Havent made that possible yet for android users...idk but they should have let us know this wasn't possible for android users in their YouTube video when they were talking about push notifications. Because I definitely want to be notified when Austin live streams their new princess entering the world.
