I love this game so much, but it's really really bad on the micro transactions. Then a lot of the purchase attempts are glitched and don't work. I wish there was a way to sell off items in your inventory to try to make a little more money instead of just trashing them. 💔 Please make it easier to earn money in game without spending hundreds of real dollars 😭 -Sincerely, a goth that is living for this game.

I like this game. I really do. But for some reason it keeps crashing when I open the mini game. I click on the wonderland game thing and it closes.... every time. It takes forever to get any rubies. Can't get Wednesday til you reach 100 of them. I'm kind of annoyed with it. I want to play the mini game so I can get further in the main game.

The event is too bothersome. I like it better when there isn't any events or please make it less.. I want to focus on gaining coins and plan to work on their wish list but it's filled with event related wishes.. That's annoying even after I refreshed with ads, still the same.

I liked this game very much, although I am now stuck on Level four and there is no way for me to gain experience. I have bought items, granted dilesires, and completed many quests and my experience bar has not moved.

This is one of my favorite games to play on my phone. However, I've had issues with customer service help. One problem turns into another problem and now I'm unable to open the game. I email and they tell me they're closing that conversation because they've already fixed the problem. I still can't open the game and I'm getting no help. Edit: the issues were resolved and I'm back to playing my favorite game!

I really loved this game and spent money on it. Then one day my Facebook friends disappeared and whenever I have pressed on friends my whole app shuts down. I have contacted the app devs like four times about this and they tell me to clear my cache which doesn't work. I really loved visiting my friends homes and it's almost impossible to finish the spook meter without visiting friends homes. That in mind, I don't buy the golden pass in events because of that. I really wanted to love this game.

Yes I know that but u should be able. To get it back with Facebook or google. I reinstalled it on my tablet but I can't get it on my android phone. It starts from the beginning and on my tablet I'm on level 5. I like the game accept that level 5 u have a lot. of food that are supposed to grant characters but the kitchen doesnt open till level 7. So u can't get rid of your request that were supposed to grant. So it makes the game go slow . because u can't level up.

I really like the app, the wait times are too long for some items (the Tesla exp.)and the random demands for items from the kitchen are annoying as you can't control what you get. Personally I get a lot frog legs, I generally toss. Aside from that if you are patient the game is fun to play, the cast of characters is quite kooky and expanding the mansion is interesting.The variety of places to visit makes the game play unique. I would recommend to a friend but warn of the long delays in game play

I'm loving the update! Less event deals more coin deals. This is just awesome. Thank you for making the game even better and listening to players on their wishes. If the lives renewed in 1 hour or so would be so much better, it's not that nice that we need to wait 24 hours for a new life

Ive started playing the Paint Patricks update and i bought the Golden pass for 4.99 and it charged me twice. I bought the Premium pack and Platnium pack all in the same day and it hasnt given them to me. I want what i paid for. My money was taking but having given me the items. I restarted my phone and still nothing. So until its resolved im changing my star ratings.

The quest for petunia just keeps crashing the game, I've only had a few hours but I can't get past this part, it just force closes the whole thing. Please fix :(

Didn't work for 2 days, but developers did contact me and fix it. Hopefully won't have any further issues. It's a great Game, just needs some bugs worked out.

Hi, my game glitched and projected me to level 26 while taking away all my upgrades for storage and my progress for the Un-sweet Christmas event. I tried to send a message but as soon as I do it replies 'Case Closed' I've uninstalled and reinstalled but the glitch progress was recorded on Facebook so I need you to restore me back to level I was before I did the last upgrade in the camper.

I contacted support to help because my game kept crashing when I would try and collect an item from a quest that was completed. They were unable to find what was wrong when they went and looked on my account. And requested that I screen record what was going on. However, when I logged in to screen record the mansion is not mine so I'm not sure what happened. When I try and contact customer support now, the conversation gets closed with no response/help. This was one of my favorite games..

What is going on with this game. First it maxs out at level 30. They add 2 new maps. 1 for a trailer that 1 level is done. 2nd one is called Assimilation which is pretty cool I got up to level 9 and now it has glicthed out and dropped me to level 3 and everything I unlocked is locked and blacked out. I have all 4 trucks sitting there with items that I can't get cause it says my inventory is full. Which my inventory went from 20/40 to 20/10. Need to fix this issue or I will just delete this game

This game was fun until the latest update. I lost all my levels/rooms, items and add ons I paid for. I have been playing this game all year and now everything is gone. That is heartbreaking and I am disappointed with this game. There is no way to save your account so you can go back in if there were bugs. I would say don't waste money because your progress can vanish in an instant.

I am fan of the game just wish that you get more stuff without having to pay for it all the time !!! Pay Pay Pay!!! Is all this game is otherwise great for you to pass time with I play it often as I can without the payments !!!!

Can we make it easier to earn coins please? With everything you have to do to progress to the next level you run out of coins very fast & are therefore stuck in the game & have to uninstall 🤷‍♀️

Recently I encountered a problem. I reinstalled the game after accidental deletion. It removed my entire game. It sent me back to level 1. I was on highest level. My cloud data reset to level 1. Please help.

I spend alot of time and money on this game so i must enjoy it. ;) I have lost a few rubies just before this down load but i think it might be to late to complain, Besides this little glitch im still here and playin... 🙄

Really like the game, but the app is crashing when you play the minni matching game, and sometimes freezes when making a purchase

I'm at level 16 and now I don't get any more missions that would let me level up further unless I pay money to unlock rooms which wouldn't be that bad but it's very expensive to do so and the ads don't work anymore and just freezes the game and I have to close and reopen it. These things really do hurt the game overall which is a shame because it's an amazing and very fun game as a huge addams family fan

Love the game, just a little frustrated now the new one will not load at all. I just bought items and can not play. I tried restarting my phone. I don't have an update for game.

Edited 2/14/22- since I have not been able to play for the last 3/4 months, no response from customer service regarding my request to fix it (included screenshot of issue), I have spent hundreds of $$$ on this game, and am very disappointed i can't even play... I love this game and had been playing it for a very long time. I Miss playing!! Please FIX THE GLITCH so I can play!! All you gotta do is fix the dang number for my "collected items" it shows... 2168/120 and should be 2168/2400!!!

Great idea..poor experience with very drab, slow and annoying wait times. Game is very slow to start, long rime to complete tasks, nothing to occupy your time while waiting forever for tasks to complete with very little return in regards. Forced and pushed hard to buy pacls that help out very little as costs in game are out of wack. Earn very little $$ threw objectives and items/rooms/extras cost a whole lot and still need to craft resources to gain. Boring game will lose interest quickly!.

Just updated the game to latest update available.. Now having a hard time getting game to load any at all! Everytime I click the app and open the app it'll pop it and say "We need an internet connection to fix your game"? I've tried force stopping the app. Ive tried turning the wifi off and back on and restarting my phone to see if it helps and nothing!! I dont see to be having any problems with any of my other games or apps requiring internet beside this one Thanks!

I really enjoy this game and all the extra features it offers. We updated our phones and were having troubles with loading it. Contacted them and they not only fixed everything, keep in contact with us but everything transferred smoothly. Fantastic customer support!
