I would never have thought I would have to edit my 5 star rating. But this also shows how much I care about this game. I absolutely want to keep playing. I have been downloading and trying every update wondering if the bugs are fixed but things are only getting worse. At first,game crushed when I went into summon menu but now? It crushed right after the loading menu! I can't even get into the game anymore! Please fix the bugs developers. I really want to keep playing.

I love the game BUT.....not sure what changed but after the last update, I can't get on multiplay at all. It says I have a problem connecting with the server but with 5G 5 bars I know the problem isn't coming from my end. Please fix the issue. I spend money in the game and will continue once it is working as it should. Thank you for making an addicting game

Changing my review to 1 star here is why. I love this game. It's the only one of its kind. It is fun to play. Yet it has to many issues too many bugs. You'll get to chapter 3 episode 2 then you'll hit a bug and you'll be stuck there forever. There are so many aspect of this game that Excell and memorable. It's just to buggy.

I'm in the early stages but really enjoying it so far. There are so many events and the developers are really generous with high tier gifts. Really refreshing to download a game that isn't just a "copy/paste-with-different-names" version of some other game. Original and well developed characters and storylines. Definitely recommend it.

This game is seriously interesting. The gameplay is good, the feature and gacha system is not bad either. But seriously, there is too many bug. My account specially, after clearing logistia challange the main reward of that challange cant be sended to me. And after that, everytime i opened the chalange board, my game stuck cant do anything, even after reinstall or close the game. The bug is remain. Please be consider and fix the bug immediately. Thanks.

I've been playing this game since 2018 but stopped playing after some time and came back again In 2019 and have been playing it on monthly basis since the lore behind the past and the main quest is actually interesting but the think I like most about this game is that they literally give you 5* like it's Halloween candy giveaway which most game definitely doesn't on daily basis that is. I haven't actually encountered any bug since 2020.

Great game, but rather than adding more characters, focus on fixing bugs, keeps on crashing, there are even times i cant log in the game. Internet is fine, because if alchemist code crashed, i switch to either genshin or rockmanx dive, and i can almost instantly log in. But alchemist code has lots of crashes... why? My phone is not the problem as its new and i have been playing other games with higher req and they work fine.

The game just sits trying to connect. Worked fine yesterday and then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it would download the files and it will not. Just stays saying connecting. Issue happened right after I made a purchase.

Game use to run amazing on my phone. Now I can barely use the summons banners without the game crashing, freezing, or glitching out. Game crashes constantly. I have invested over 3 years on this game only for it to be unplayable after a 3 month break. Don't spend any money on this game until they fix it

I played this game a few years back, and it was great! But, now, it's so buggy and slow and it crashes whenever I summon. It's impossible to play and enjoy anymore. I would recommend improving performance and making it playable again. Thank you in advance!

The game is being more charitable with gems with more events. Pvp is pretty unbalanced sense certain units stunlock you with status and kinda unfair to evasion since d roxanne exist with 2k dex while evasions can never evade them. Issue matchmaking error and pvp connection error. I dont know when this will be fix hopefully soon. Ill use redownload feature to see if that fixes the issue. The game looks like alot of work has been done. Im hoping templar event comes back need j pluses.

Love the game. The Graphics, Storyline & and The characters. The only downside is that the loading screen for everything in this game took so much time even you've strong connection or good phone.

Edit: I love this game. I really do. But it's just too buggy to play now. I can't even try to load the summon menu with out the game crashing. I won't be playing anymore until the issue is fixed. =[ Game is neat for gacha and has tons of story content. It is heavy though and requires a lot of space and a beast phone to run smoothly. Crashes frequently when trying to summon. =/

Its a really fun game. Stopped for a while due to some personal reasons but come back from time to time due to the very good comeback rewards. The devs are really generous and gives lots of freebies and discounts for summons. I was surprised when I came back this time because there are a lot of QoL improvements that really make playing the game smoother and faster. I specially like the improvement on shard farming where you can now do all the shard quests that u want to do in one go.

My favorite mobile game. It has great characters with multiple story modes that are pretty enjoyable and the game is just fun to play. Update: been playing for years and its crazy how bad its become. I'm not a fan of solostuff in general but its devoid of any entertainment now and the last big unit upgrade system is so trash, needa have 3 characters all maxed with 600 shards extra and thats even for the limited units with 1/day or no HQ quest even so maining this game isn'tnufto keepuplikebefore

Cost over 20000 to get one event character. Loading times take forever and that only when the game feels like running at all. 13 reloads and 1.5 hours to start the game form a fresh download. Absolutely ridiculous.

I absolutly love this game it was really glitchy before but they listened to everyones reviews and its gotten alot better it still can run slow esp when loading to open the game but its gotten alot better. I wish they would find a different way for the pvpso its more applicable, lastly i wish we had more opportunitys to get soul shards etc from past events and heros would cycle more because its nearly impossible for alot of heros but over all this is a 5 star game for sure

Game is getting lousy after every update. They are probably planning to kill this game soon. The updates are recycled story... It's glitchy and buggy... basically unplayable. - Pixel 6 Pro with latest update.

If u are thinking of trying this game, don't. Gets buggier and buggier and there's always major issues after every update. Players wonder every week if update will be successful and extended maintenance is the norm now.

Super slow and laggy. Needs extremely high speed internet and even then complains about connectivity issues.

So many bugs, slow at fixing. I couldn't even purchase gems for over 3 weeks and I missed opportunities to get new units and their soul shards. It's just too ridiculous when the developer doesn't let their products be bought by customers. Long before this we all know the summon rate is so damn terrible. You can spend hundreds of dollars every week and still get nothing.

I've been playing for around 4 years and it's great with an actually interesting main story, surprising amounts of world building, side stories that are relevant to understanding the main story and overall lore of the game and incredible characters with very few stereotypes

Game is pretty good at all. My only biggest concerns are. 1. TOO MANY "CONNECTING PAGES/ICONS" 2. TOO MANY LOADING ICONS/PAGES, 3. SLOW USER INTERFACE & NOT SENSITIVE ENOUGH FOR THE BUTTONS/ICONS TO PRESS and last of all, 4. TOO MANY "REQUIRED FILES TO DOWNLOAD".

I really do like this game. But I have the absolute worst luck with summons! I've probably spent $250 an got little to nothing to show for it. I don't even have a single character maxed out yet and I've been playing on off for 3 years.
