The website shows paid amount as overdue. The receipts are not for the specific month for which we pay but for a block of 3 months. Sometimes split receipts are issued for a single payment. It is unfortunate that such a useless 3rd party App is being used by our Association
Though I am first owner and my detail is there in ADDA still security doesn't get option to call me rather only option they get to call 2nd owner while in case of visitors entry, we both receive notification. Also there is no way to raise it to ADDA technical team for such issues. 14th Mar 2022 - ticket 173436 & 173437 already raised for such bugs but no resolution yet.
There should be option to approve or reject the entry as on mygate app. This is useful for everyone if someone need or not need a person to enter.
WORST APP EVER. Doesn't allow to delete a post made by mistake. Cannot remove profile pictures. Full of bugs. Development team is sleeping it seems
OTP don't work...even after raising the issue..support team ask ..what is the version, delete previous otps...that's it...again the routine starts to create OTP daily to allow trainers on all day basis
Latest update - Issue is fixed and the app is working perfectly fine †********************** Doesn't install. I don't know why the developer hasn't been able to sort this issue out with Google for so long. My phone allows installation of s/w only from trusted source as i also have BYOD s/w for office work.
App is not working with Galaxy S21 plus suddenly. I uninstalled and reinstalled it from play store and it didnt work. Then i reinstalled it with galaxynstore and it worked. But then it asked for installing an update and after updating having same problem of not even opening. In the morning I was getting message that there is some bug bug not getting now Edit: fix worked after downloading from the link provided in the comment
After the most recent update the app keeps crashing and doesnt open. Worst whenever you open the app they push people to update with annoying update screen. Just to add, I am using Android 12 since November and the app was working smooth. It started crashing only after recent Adda Update.
Facing Adda app loading issue for the last 2 days. App is continuously crashing and wont load. Have installed and re-installed the app several times but the issue remains. FYI - My android phone has not received any new update that could have caused the crashes.
Updated to the latest version and it says due to bug it will not open. Frustrating. It's not even opening once you upgrade or reinstall the app from play store with the available version. It was working fine on previous version though.

ADDA application is one of the best application in the markets presently. The features are awesome and can't be comparted with any other application. The one who has explore it will surely get the exact idea. Also, they provide application updates on regular basis and this is exactly required to keep the footprints in market standards.. Thanks to ADDA for creating such awesome application where all things are maintained centrally in user friendly way.
Pathetic App Update. Please test before releasing updates. It's going to be a week and still the app crashing. Tried restarting the phone and reinstalling app serveral times. Still crashes. I'm using Google Pixel phone. The link shared by support team is again taking us to play store to download. Very useless response.
The app is not working at all. It is not opening and ppl can't even search the app in playstore , it not even showing up under this developer's app. Have you folks closed the support of this app completely ? Check the technical issues which is preventing the app from working asap. Probably after the update this app has become unusable, I use pixel phone and the app is not opening (even though all permissions are provided)
Does not work anymore with Android 12 update. Google does publish the changes needed for upcoming versions in advance. Looks like the dev team is not actively pursuing changes. The app is used to control visitors to our villa and this is frustrating.
why every time I go to this App it asks me to update my mobile. it also doesn't verify OTP. Then if I close the ap & open it, . it opens without any issue
in admin menu not working properly. every entry when i entered logout from system. this is worse.

It was actually working fine until the update in Jan , 2022. Now it does not even open. ADDA devs got in touch with me and helped me install new version and works well now. Very prompt response and very helpful.

The App stopped working post upgrade. Uninstalled, cleared cache, reinstalled... Nothing is working. I downloaded the latest version today, still not working. This is Android 12 ui 4.0. It doesn't open Has the upgrade not been tested????
Very user friendly, easy App which facilitates the users..
The application on a whole is very useful and much needed for any apartment. But there are still bugs and Enhancements to be fixed. The initial response during implementation was at its best but it slows down . 1) The mobile version doesnt exactly match web version. e.g : Adding family members, no of voted flats during a poll. 2) When you do a post, it gets into an album, thats leads to huge album list. No videos can be posted. 3) There is a huge drawback on transaction charges.
Suddenly I'm seeing problem with this app on my Samsung S21+ mobile. Message popped up to delete the cache and after doing that the app is not opening. I tried reinstalling the app but of no help.
Adda is a really useful app and is actually necessary for all communities to have currently Only reason i gave 2 stars is that there is no notification when any bill is posted against your unit and also there is no notification about thr due date. It is a very simple feature and i have missed fue due dates because of this as I never knew when the bill was posted.
