My crew app is not working and it's shows me terminated I don't know why it's showing terminated. I asked to my airborne office also but they are saying we don't know anything about this.

Can't be updated...succeed at first updated but there is requirement to update again on app appearance.

Why my apollo crew apps is not working.. I update new version... Pls help me regarding this matter.. Thanks

Can't able to clock in & out It shows not available You must be on board to log time

The app forced us to update 2 days ago, but after updating we can no longer use the log on/off duty function. Either roll back the app to the previous version or fix your faulty update/app ASAP!! Why force us to update and then give us a faulty update?! Edit: The app was updated and repaired this morning, so back to 5 stars :)

After the last update the app doesn't seem to recognise users' passwords. The password change works only for one session, any new login to the app says the username and password don't match and I have to go through the process of changing password again. This never occurred in older versions. Also the Support menu doesn't display any words and links, only plain colour blocks of design. Please fix the bugs.

I installed this app. It asked me to replace my password that was company provided and said it has expired. Everytime I try to change my password, it always state that my password does not meet the requirement even though I made sure to use a password that does. Its quite disappointing, I hope you'll be able to fix this on the next update.

I can't open the Apollo crew App. When i try to open its automatically close the page. In the screen notification come close app / send feed back. And i send several time to feed back. But the result is same.

Before it works but this new version is such a disappointment. They ask for me to change password because my password is expired already but I tried so many times, I even follow what they so called password requirements but still it doesn't work!!! It upsets me!!! Please do something about this ASAP!!!

This app is not working! Can you please fix this?? It says the "unexpected error occurred. Connection closed before full header was received. What does it mean?

I downloaded the app but I am not able to login, I have a login on "My Crew Wallet" website but cannot use the same login on the appollo app. It doea not give an option to register for a new login as well. Plz help.

I'm an Apollo Crew from Philippines 🇵🇭. I wanted to check if there are changes of the dates for next contract but unfortunately it is not working. The app is saying my username/password are incorrect no matter how much I repeat it.

I downloaded the new version but cannot login. As i enter my sign in detail the app open but when i choose option for bio metric the app stops.

Everything good just sometimes you can't access , the app goes down.
