Very useful and handy for booking tickets especially for very popular movies and also you are guaranteed a seat
This app is defective and needs to updated or debugged immediately, everytime I've gone to use this app it shuts itself off and when to reopen it it does the same thing again I personally believe there is a fault with the app and it needs fixing.
The cinema is amazing from the staff, atmosphere and prices.
Just downloaded the app to see what was on today (29th December). Apart from a pop up telling me Mean Girls was showing on the 27th (!!!), the schedule for today and the next 7 days was completely blank. Cinema info etc. was all there, but no film information whatsoever. Less than useless!
Useable before, but now doesn't work. Just a blank screen. Updated and reinstalled. Phone up to date. Nothing. Shame. Hope you get it sorted.
The new app is terrible, the interface for the user is a bad experience makes the user work too hard to get the information needed. My user experience means I'll go to another cinema rather than use this app in future
My experience was good and the staff are really nice however everytime I go see a movie there are people always on their phones and talking through the movie which can ruin the experience.
You broke the app.. it was really good, but now it closes on startup. It can't be used to book tickets because I can't get it to run. Phone is modern enough samsung galaxy s20.
Is this app in development? It simply crashes on access? Looks like the application server on the other end is off or not fully published.
The app was fine until the last update, now it won't even open. It tries to but immediately closes.
App was great. Now doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy M31. Have tried reinstalling, clearing cache but to no avail. I have contacted the developers but no response.
Seats booked via Arc app were changed when we arrived at the cinema. App also fails to update current films & defaults to films that were on at last login.
Click on app but nothing happens. Can't access anything. Started initially but haven't been able to use it for a few weeks now.
The new app doesn't work. Initially started and asked for me confirm my nearest cinema. I pressed ok and now it just closes upon start up. Shame
The app used to work great, then it updated a few weeks ago and hasnt worked at all since. Wont even open for me now.
Keeps crashing every time I tried open. Reinstalling the app didn't fix it.
This beautiful little cinema feels like it's your own private cinema and lovely reclining seats just add to the experience

The app worked brilliantly for 3+ months, I had no problems accessing movie info and even purchased tickets. Then out of the blue, it kept crashing every time I tried to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and still cannot get it to open at all, let alone function properly. Such a shame to go from great to useless, overnight.
