After paying for an annual digital subscription to The Argus & downloading & installing app, it fails to open from Playstore; also fails to load (repeated attempts) from app icon on Galaxy Note 9 with Android fully updated. Therefore unable to rate or comment on a newspaper I have not seen for years.
Rubbish App. Daily reminder tells me that my Dallas Newspaper is now ready to read. (yes, I know I live in Brighton and wish to know LOCAL news. The App feedback only gives me the option of supplying feedback to the WhatsApp members on my phonebook (and Argus group isn't one of them), and when I do press on the paper Icon I am asked to log on with my subscriber details. However, as they haven't put on the App any information on how to subscribe I cant. The actual 'Help' pages don't exist.
Rubbish. I tried to read the newspaper, it asks for subscription login details but no information on how to subscribe. I checked all over the website, and even registered but didn't work. How do you subscribe?
Freezes my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, and my Blackview 10 inch tablet but works fine on 10 inch Kindle Fire. Screen goes black and phone/tablet freezes. Ratings are for Kindle. Can't give a rating for something I cannot use OTG.

Just has completely stopped working, not long after renewing my annual subscription - not a happy bunny!!
Have had no problems with this app and paid for the yearly subscription as love local news 😊
Downloaded with a view to try before I buy. But you must subscribe before you receive your weeks free trial. Misleading advertising, and due to this I will not be subscribing.
Have to subscribe before you try? Ridiculous, and if its like the website, it'll be full of adverts. Total utter rubbish, avoid like the plague!
I have purchased a subscription for this app in PlayStore. However, when I attempt to access some of the content, I am presented with a screen requesting login. At the bottom of this screen, I am told to restore my purchase, but when I touch the box, it makes no difference.
