Can get to the current e-edition of the newspaper. Pulls up paper 4 days old . Customer service is in the Philippines, useless.

I pay $10 a month for this service and still get bombarded with ads on the top and hosting over every article? Canceling my subscription and deleting this garbage.
I have been a paying customer for over two years for this app & have made numerous complaints such as today I haven't received the current issue, might get it later in the week from the archives, but most of the time I can't find it there either! I've even sent emails to customer support over time never received help or any credits off my monthly cost. I quit the printed copy also due to these same issues plus rising costs, ready to close my E-edition. Can a anyone help me?????
