The Bancorp Mobile

I have both Varo Banks as well. I've tried everything to get them connected. And everytime the amounts come thru to verify the external linked account is gone then I have to start the process over. And I've already changed my phone number on file and that didn't work. Then I try to sign in to this directly and I'm not a user.... so frustrating. If you can fix I'll give better rating.

I only gave a 1 since can't have the option of less than that. I'm very let down with the app, web site as well as the bank. I have waiting on a money transfer for over a week and when I call the person doesn't give a straight and at one point said that there is no account which is false since I have one of their cards.

They stole $3244 from me. Yes you read that right. I requested a deposit in the amount of $3244. I accidentally entered the wrong deposit information, and left off a number. I was told the payment would be rejected and automatically sent back because it was an invalid account or account that doesn't exist. Here we are going into 3 weeks later and they are REFUSING to send the money back without an indemnity letter and making me wait another week or 2. Don't ever use this company.

I only got this app so I could try to combine my old and new Varo accounts. Didn't really work for me been though it's Varo's parent company and they tell you to contact them with most of your serious issues.

Idk if this app is a scam or wat cause every time I made up a user name the same 2 numbers came up to log in with..the were supposedly made by me ..and u had to know these numbers to update your profile. Very wierd..

"Error: An unknown error has occurred" won't stop popping up. I haven't been able to use the app AT ALL.

Can't figure out USER ID so I can't access my account. Disappointing.

Great company. Samantha if u read this an indemnity letter is just a document that states who what where when n y... its so they can legally file an insurance claim if the money was legit lost make sure u date and sign n put letter of indemnity on top in bold

Looks like you guy's have more bad reviews Then good. And you guy's are doing a crappy job at getting these issues resolved. And doing a crappy job replying back to review's.
