Requirements:You must have an active internet banking account at The Bank of Castile. If you are not currently enrolled you can visit www.bankofcastile.com to complete the process.
To enroll in Mobile Banking log in to your internet banking account and click the Other Services tab. Click Mobile Banking and complete the enrollment process.
Security: The Bank of Castile Mobile Banking is an extension of your Internet Banking service. When you log in you will be presented with the same security questions, PassMark and phrase that you are accustomed to seeing when you log into your Internet Banking Account. The mobile app still uses the SSL encryption to keep your information as secure as The Bank of Castile Internet Banking account.

This is what I've been waiting for.
Why cant I make transfers from savings to checking from the app anymore worst idea ever to get rid of that bring it back or will be moving my account to another bank and I would like a response to this asap.
It is frustrating the 4 banks are in 4 separate apps. They should all be together it has created problems repeatedly.
The application worked great for a long time then all of s sudden it kept timing out while loading. I worked with the bank helpdesk and figured out a recently closed loan was causing the issue. They unhooked the closed loan from my user and it started working fine again
Behind the times
The reason "camera not available" pops up is because the app doesn't ask permission to use the camera, as it probably should. You can give it permission by going to your device SETTINGS then to APPS then BANK OF CASTLE, then you click on PERMISSIONS and turn camera on
Can't even take pictures of checks. Click the camera button and it says "camera is not available". On a Galaxy S8.
Useful overall, but it kills me how buggy the phone deposit feature is. It worked ONCE, but otherwise I can never get it to accept the check photos, even with directly overhead lighting, black background and centered check. Please fix, I want to love this app!
It keeps crashing saying there's an unknown error

Got lucky once. Every other time I've tried with a perfect picture. I've gone to the limit of putting a black shirt under the check and having someone put a flashlight on the check. Nothing works. The mobile check deposits are a huge part of my banking experience and I'm pretty disappointed that this feature does not work like it should.
I like it. I haven't had any issues with the app yet and I've had the app for about 1-1 1/2 years. It does it's job. I have only deposited a hand full of checks with the app but never had any issues with that other. Like every other banking app that lets you deposit checks with your mobile phone you just have to be careful when taking the picture but that's not unusual and makes sense to me. Overall, the app makes my life easier since I'm about 700 miles away from the closest BOC. 👍
More than half of the time I try to deposit checks via my phone it will not work. The picture of the front and back of the check is excellent and still rejects it for focus, not endorsed, to blurry, etc.
Love this app! One complaint- after making payments, I cannot view them or change them. Really would be helpful. Also, not able to use website any longer since I downloaded the app.
Was really excited to be able to make deposits on the fly. On the very first check got an error, "Mobile deposit exceeded" !!!! Really? This is useless. The BOC will join the 21st century on this; probably in 10 years though. Uninstalling.

Please have finger print capability already. Also the app needs a revamp. Hopefully it's in the making.
