The Bank of Commerce Mobile

When it works, it is great. But this new version is a waste of time. Four attempts to sign in I finally get to where I am able to do what I need to do and it crashed. I used to be able to transfer funds but either that feature is gone or the back button that does not work blocks me from finding transfers. Oh and when trying to type two consecutive numbers after the first number it dropped back to text!! Tell the bank you will wait for a better version. Better yet. Go to a bank that the app works

This is the worst banking app i have ever used. I wish i didnt have to use it and almost want to change banks because they make it so hard to login online as well. I am constantly getting a wrong username and password and having to reverify with my husbands information and his phone (we have a joint account). Or the app is just down for no reason at all. I cannot tell you how many times ive been locked out and needed to check my balance. Seriously, design a whole new app PLEASE.

Love this app! Always works great. Fast and easy to log on and check balances and make transfers. Really like the new Zelle feature to send instant money to family and friends.

Sometimes I can't get on to check my balances untill I get ahold of the bank and it's very upsetting I wish they would figure out the problem with this app as I'm medicaly retired and I hate to be calling the bank , all the time to get balances

Always seemed to have problems logging in to my account the app would forget my password and makes me reset my password. In order to reset it i would need my account balance which i had no way of knowing unless i called the bank.

literally the worst banking app and website. most of the time it just says its "unable ro process" so i cant sign in. itd be nice to, i dont know, be able to use my banks app and see whats going on in my account. if i could give 0 stars i would

App keeps locking me out and when I try and sign in it says wrong password. I've changed my password 3 times in the last couple weeks. Wish I could give a zero star review.

Could be better. keeps giving me error codes and locking me out of my account, doesn't help when the app gives me occasional misinformation on my account balance.

Great app. My money and identity am extremely important, and I am grateful this app requires security to access my bank information. The app is simple to use and set up.

I normally like this app but lately it doesn't open. It just goes to a white screen and that's it. Please fix this problem so I can check my account.

Overall service with this app has been exceptional. If there is a problem speaking with a live bank representative has been refreshing.

I can't open my app from my phone to check my balance but I can with my computer. I need to use my phone app when I am In town I used to be able to open it with a pin but it won't do that now I need this fixed!

This updated app is TERRIBLE! I have to keep uninstalling and re-installing because it won't go to my login!

A major pain to use.

I realize that since The Bank of Commerce upgraded their systems, a new provider created this app. In order to make sure that the people logging in are the actual owners, everyone is required to answer some verification questions. Once I was verified, I did not have to answer the questions again. I LOVE the new additions, and format!!

I can do the things I need to do as a college student.

They got the app to where it does what I need it to do.

Horrific. I use to love this app because I could check what is in my accounts quick and easy. But now you have to wait literally hours for a text code before you can look at it, and it carries additional charges. It makes this app useless. It almost makes me want to change banks just because of it. Bank of Commerce had an excellent app and service before this forced "extra layer of security" was added. It's stupid, I'm checking it on my phone. Where else is the text going to go but back to the same device that's trying to look into the account?

This app is garbage. 90% of the time, it says the service in unavailable. There is no reason in this day and age a bank app cant complete normal app functions without glitches. Please fix it before I just delete the stupid thing.....

Works fine once you are in the app. Mobile check deposits and transfers are easy to use. Constantly have to reinstall the app because of "service not available at this time message." If you're getting this, just uninstall and reinstall. For balance checks, just bookmarking the Bank Website night be faster because of having to reinstall.

They have changed something and its horrible! I can't even log in anymore! I even called their help number and the lady tried all she could to help me but it still doesn't work. It use to work great and I logged in multiple times a day but now I'll just be deleting it.
