Transfer is easy but i dont like that i cant see balances with each transaction. I dont like that i cant see older transactions. Cant figure out how to get into archives and statements. I liked the older way my on line experience was. It was better to view info before this forced update to mobile banking.
I can access my account information easily, turn off my debit card, make transfers, all within a few minutes. I have other accounts that are hard to navigate, but not the BOH app!
Worst banking app ever! I may change banks because...you can only look back one month of checks! You can not look at any statements in a regular format, if you can find them! The format seems to be excel and that is only on a laptop, forget your iphone or your tablet. Simple horrible!
Great banking app! Everything is right where it should be, you can view your banks balance and do mobile deposits, it also allows you to pay bills and send money through Zelle if you have that set up.
I appreciate using this app. very easy to navigate and use. not difficult. I click on different aspects or words till I get where I need to go. if I make a mistake I can go back. works very well with my busy lifestyle!

I can't use the app anymore every time I try to use it there is a message that says to call for assistance. When I called for assistance I was told " I don't know why it's not working. Maybe they're working on it" and now it's been over a month... Get it together BoH
My app is not working again at all won't open says error occurred call. No one to call.please fix this app I'm disabled and can not get to bank all the time I reported it to my bank they said that's all they can do on their end Help
Easy to make deposit. I love the auto click. When things are correct, it takes the picture.
I have installed and uninstall the app three times and cannot open it
Love the mobile app but I just realized that I can do deposit from my phone, I was always going into the bank this makes it easier when the bank is closed.
I can't get in the app, whatever reason it flashes, i don't have enough time to read, i am probably going to close my acct!🤬😡
