This is not about the app but about Beer Cafe as a whole their business values and way of doing business. This was third time in a row during my last 3 visits at Beer Cafe that they said the less costly options in beer that are listed in their menu is not available and I was forced to go for much costlier ones and ended up spending over 5k for 3 people .. this is rediculous .. Beer Cafe does this on purpose, it it not ethically right .. a customer is put into a very uncomfortable situation, if he/she is with friends and is supposed to pay for the bill, you cant really get out of the cafe because its gonna be costly, whereas, the reason for selecting to spend the evening at Beer Cafe in the first place had happened by looking into their menu and prices .. Has anyone else experienced the same?? comment ..
I'm trying to update the app, but it's not even downloading. I thought it's a problem with my own net, but every single other app I have has been updated except this one.
This cafe is not good enough. I didn't like the service. And there is no use of this app because if we tried to redeem the points that we got from the app they'll say like it's not available now , this offer will be available only after 10 days. Then what's the use of this app. There's no use for downloading this app.
I'm a frequent customer of beer cafe n i enjoy visiting to cafe, but for the first time there is no option to scan the QR code. That's not what i was expecting.
I am facing issue login into my account from last 3 days i m planning to go to beer cafe but i m not able to login it says something went wrong try later or internal problem.Can someone fix this

One of the worst experience in phoenix branch lower parel. They had denied to give the 30 days trial berocrate offer which is zero fee. Plus as wow women Wednesday offer was 2 cocktail is complimentary but they Denied and given 1 glass of draught beer.. Never ever got to the beer cafe

Don't ever buy their package One of their waiter will come to u asking for their yearly subscription promising you for 1+1 on food and liquor. He will not say it's only for either food or liquor. Once you have paid Rs 1000/- for their subscription, they will reveal you either it's for food or for liquor. There is a trick afterwards, once you get ur bill , (suppose you've opted for 1+1 only on liquor) & you have consumed 4 beers, they'll waive chareges for only 1 beer . Never fall 4 their trap
I installed the app there it was mentioned womens wednesdays get 2 cocktail. For which i have been to beer cafe lower parel phoneix mall branch. After comin here they that they do not give cocoktail free they only give beer free its sad if you cant serve whats mentioned why do you write that on app please guys dont trust beer cafe at all

The most pathetic app ever created. COULD NOT BUY THE COUPON. STORE DENIED PAYMENT OF COUPON AT STORE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN.

Never purchase vouchers, im sure they ll go bankrupt in coming days. I bought 8k vouchers in pandemic, they claimed lifetime validity now they have closed all the bangalore stores. Now they don't even reply my mail or in social media. Pls don't spend money on this scammers.

I cannot understand why so you want my personal data. Please enlighten your customers as to what you plan to do with access to storage, contacts, make phone call? And that too all permissions are compulsory. I am a loyal customer, but uninstalling the app now.
