Set up my account and each time I tried to open the app it crashed. Unable to use it on my Samsung S10. After feedback from the developer I reinstalled the app and tried again. Same thing is happening on May 29.
I honestly don't understand this. Do you need insurance to use this app? It's not very informative and I've read everything on the app. What is cost of speaking with a dr? Does insurance cover all that? Does this app benefit people without insurance? So many questions!
This health insurance is absolute trash. RUN WHILE YOU CAN. Claims to be diffrent, nay better, but they take your money then deny you coverage, just like all the other carriers.
Installed & reinstalled several times but app continues to crash. First time user on this app and this is a terrible waste of my time.
Went to the pharmacy and used the app to show my Rx card. All I get is a black screen when I attempt to look at a card. This has been fixed. Thank you.
Can't set up my account it's supposed to be sending me an email with an access code and it just won't so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it still won't let me how do I fix this?

Not wonderful. App crashes whenever I open it. Haven't been able to use it at all. I have tried to Uninstall and reinstall several times with no changes. Have sent several crash reports with no email back.
