The Bible and Book of Mormon app, from The Church of Jesus Christ, treats the two volumes of scripture as one, and makes it easier than ever to read, study and share the Word of God. The Bible text is the Authorized King James Version from 1611 and The Book of Mormon text is carefully consistent with 1830 version.

Its awesome that our church has brought together both books for our benefit just like it says in Ezekiel 37:17. The App is great and I love it. Thr verse of the day is my favorite part of opening up the app EVERY day. If i might make a small suggestion, I feel it might be best to clarify that the church of Jesus Christ Bible and book of Mormont app is not affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Easy to use. Clear type, comfortable to read. It's great to have my scriptures available on my phone anytime. The Verse of the day is a nice addition! A well designed, useful app.
Not the must elegant. But an improvement from before. I still think the UX design could be improved. I would love to see the daily Verses as a notification
Stopped working. Updated the app and now it stopped working. Cant use my tablet and either can 2 other Sisters and one brother . It just made it a bit easier to use at lady circle and to read at night. Our tablets are bit older wish there an archive to get an older version to use.
Multiple wording differences from LDS paper Book of Mormon. My wife & I have read side by side thru 2nd Nephi, she reads in the paper book and I in the app. The app scripture words needs to be corrected please.
I like the way that each verce is followed by a blank space. I like the arial font swiping up to go to the next page.
This will be my second time to install this, the first it would not sync. I guess it must be my outdated tablet Nextbook 8 please make availble the previous version for those of us that cannot afford newer equipment ty
This app is NOT from "The Church of Jesus Christ OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS" headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Unsuspecting youth or members of that organization (12 million + worldwide members) may easily be confused that this app and what is represented as "The Book of Mormon" contained in this app, may be "Official" and authentic versions produced and provided by said Church. They are NOT. I am bewildered that this key fact is completely omitted in the app store presentation.
This app is wonderful. Really enjoy the verse of the day, and the ability to reference both Bible and Book of Mormon together.
Love this layout. Wish this would add D&C and PoGP. The red letter version is why I downloaded it! Please consider adding a random scripture function/button. Then = 5 stars
Great app my only thing if it could high light in different colors and if offline was offered so on case I have no internet I could still read the books
Slow & doesn't show full option pages. Can't access Settings to assure connection to internet
It's great to have The Bible and The Book of Mormon on my phone so I can read scripture any time or any place
I should not have to give access to my photos & personal info to read scriptures.
Crashes everytime I open it after it shows a verse.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I will adjust my rating once I know you are the proper authority to be publishing this app. Are you the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints? I see that the entity that made this app is "The Church of Jesus Christ". That is inappropriate to ACT like the actual LDS Church. You don't have their permission and should remove this app.

Easier to access information
Jesus is true God. Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven. No one can enter into Heaven without Jesus Christ. Amen.

FIRST. This is the ORIGINAL, 1830 version of the Book of Mormon, without the updates. This is the main reason I got the App. If you are used to reading the current version, you will notice minor changes. If this bothers you, don't get the app. All the Complainers didn't read this simple bit of information before installing. Also, this app is NOT put out by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I'm LDS and this doesn't bother me, since we don't have this version in the Gospel Library.
