The Body Shop Malaysia

The instructions by email is not clear. Need to go bodyshop main website reset password and the apps only can sign up using existing account email address and the new password. And also no show where to link the existing account in the apps, have to explore in the apps go to my account. Got the welcome and discount vouchers. Thanks.

I can't shop for any products with this app. When I click on the shopping cart, it redirects me to the internet browser instead. The website in the internet browser isn't so user friendly either. Its interface and website navigation doesn't allow me to shop normally and I can't even view the user reviews for any of the products.

the hasn't been working ever since downloaded. cant be used and crashes all the time. please update the app as it cannot be used and membership points cannot be claimed until the app functions properly. worst app with zero functionality.

The app auto log out my account and I tried to log in again. But the app is stucked in the login interface can not log in. Then the staff used the computer to check my account also can not query. They called the head office to inquire and said no. & then checked my mailbox and text message. After that do nothing. They said you dont have any account register over here. What can I do? After that, my account can log in and I showed them. They said "system faulty" then why you didnt mention just now?

Signing up for an account forces the user to forego personal privacy. I cannot opt out from promotional texts, sms, emails and push notifications if I want to use the app. That in itself is manipulative and violating a person's rights to privacy. Why would I ever trust the Body Shop Malaysia now?

This is a very good app from the Body Shop. I like how I can easily access my voucher from this app and how I don't have to dring my IC to The Body Shop when I go shopping. My only complaint is that I wish the online shopping would take place in the app instead of taking me to another web page.

Took me so many times to log in. Automatically log out when i click for my account and my rewards. Already uninstall few times, update the new one also the same. How am i suppose to claim my rewards if the app itself can't work??? Please fixed this problem asap.

New user. Registeration took less than a minute. Interface is awesome. Got a surprise voucher too which I wasn't expecting.good use of QR code. All in all, very nice and user friendly.

The app won't let you login into your account..after trying a few times, still stuck at login homepage..the app need some patch to fix the bugs..

Horrible. I tried to log in and it kicked me out. EVERY TIME. To claim birthday bonus, salesperson say I have to log in the app. Been 18 days after my birthday, I can't even claim it cuz of this bug. How do I claim it if the app is rubbish like this??

The app has improved a lot since the first time I installed it. Very informative app for loyal customer. Looking forward to make an online purchase through this app in the future!

I could not open the new apps. This is disappointing because I always use the apps to purchase my items. Now, i need to go to the physical store instead. 😔

It's terrible to work . Every time I try to compete my profile it never sends the 6 digits code , so I cant complete the profile that it keeps showing me and telling me to complete.

Can't view the product in the apps. Only will redirect to the browser to view. Then what is the main purpose of this apps? Not user friendly enough

Couldn't log into apps, hence couldn't use it. Apps crashed whenever i try to log in. Fix this!

I really love this app . Just now i go visit outlet The Body Shop at Jusco Aeon Cheras Selatan . All staff is very nice , soft spoken , and the service is good. I really like it. All staffs always keeping smile and very beautiful.

apps totally rubbish. Kept refreshing the login page. i cannot even see the loaded page, not even signup or login. lol

How come I can't use my reward? It keep showing 2 reward, when I try to go in the reward, it showed no reward.. but I do received emails that mentioned i have those reward..

Looks great but there is no app for bodyshop uk! I cannot log in etc as I registered with the uk bodyshop website..

I've tried so many times to sign up but I can never get the 6 number code. Am really disappointed...

The worst app ever.lhave been trying to register but the otp is not being send. Didn't even have search option .

The purchased transaction was not show, even more then one week time I brought the item. Very fussy.
