KEEPS FREEZING.. CAN'T EVEN GET PAST THE TITLE PAGE.. EITHER JUST SHUTS OFF OR I GET A APP ISN'T RESPONDING MESSAGE AND HAVE TO CHOOSE TO WAIT REPORT OR FORCE CLOSE.. PLEASE HELP .. MY 5 YR OLD WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME LOL
I really love The Boxtrolls, and I was super excited when I found out I could get a game about it, but it let me play the game once and then everytime I try to play it again it says it's not responding. I've tried closing it and opening it again, I've tried waiting on it, I've tried it online and off, I've tried restarting my tablet, but nothing works. Please try and fix it if you can necause it's a really cool game, I love it ans want to play it. Thanks.
I love the game super fun but it freezes and is really slow takes forever to load and stops working all the time and it's not my phone cuz I have the note 4. It always says the app has stopped and all that but when it does work I enjoy playing it it would be a 5 star game if they would fix the bugs defiantly .
I loved the movie and I really like this game it is very addicting and the graphics look just like the movie, the boxtrolls are so adorable. BUT It keeps freezing, or it won't even let me past the title, and it keeps force closing on me. This is beyond frustrating, you should definitely fix that very very soon please!
Don't know how to rate it cause I go to play ,and it opens up and right away it will close back out.Please fix ASAP would really like to try it out.Please respond .Thanks much Sherry
I love the game design/art and the sounds are pretty nice. Gameplay is interesting although controls can still be a bit snappier. My major gripe is that the game sometimes force closes/crashes (at one point, my mobile screen even froze). Other than that, this is actually an awesome game.
You Really need to play this game it's wonderful and fun for the whole family I just started and I cannot put it down this game is a learning game cause it teaches you how to help your friend when in need. It has ways of helping you threw the game and it reward you as you learn and move on to other level. Try it you gonner love it.
Very laggy which makes it hard as its essentially a game of timing jumps. Crashes often. Real shame as the game looks like a lot of effort went into it, and would be really good if it worked!
My experience: 'Select your boxtroll', selected, tap arrow, cut to scene, game crashes. My device is brand new & no problems with anything else. This looked like it could be fun so I'm very disappointed that I can't play it.
Its really great to see apps like this who just doesnt do it for the money. especially since this originated from a movie, but I hope it gets much more optimized , just on the loading screen. Since it takes quite a time to load.

My 3 year old loves this game but ever since we got his new tablet it will not load.. I can get to the screen where I choose between fish or shoe and once it gets to the next loading screen it closes out and goes to the tablets home screen. I have tried everything and I mean everything to get this game to work and my son is devastated because he loves it so much please please please find a way to fix this so it will work. It also does the same thing on both of my phones so I know it's not just the tablet. If the game would work so he could play it it would be 5 stars all the way
The game dose not even work i have a Samsung galaxy tab 3 and the game just says boxtrolls is not responding i can't even play the game they need to fix this issue.
I installed this app and then had to delete it. Then I installed it again because I had lots of room.Ii takes up a lot of memory but it is worth it.
This is the best game ever I Dont like it I Love it. Everyone who has a smart phone android ipad ios or samsung should buy it.I have a Samsung Galaxy s4 mini . Thank you Red Games for BoxTrolls👍
Ahhh played it before my lollipop upgrade on my note 4 and it played once. Since then crashes every time after title screen. Looks fun though. I'll keep it installed to see if it gets fixed.
Everytime my daughter gets to the end of level two it freezes. Its getting annoying
Will open but won't get to the main menu at all so the one star is for not being able to get to play at all will change rating when I can play.
This game is pretty fun and definitely helps pass time, however, I find it incredibly awful that you can only earn 100 cheese yet to unlock certain characters you need well over 100. I don't feel it's fair to force people to purchase cheese nor do I find the outside methods of earning cheese honorable. I've tried completing quite a few of the outside surveys yet I never receive the cheese it says I would but what I do end up receiving is a ton of email spam and unnecessary phone calls.
I downloaded the game and picked my boxtroll but when I press the arrow it won't let me play when I can actually play I will give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Challenging and frustrating but keeps my son and i busy on his tablet and my phone. Since the latest update the game simply wouldn't load on either phone or tablet which was pretty annoying and only resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the app which resulted in us going back to scratch. Hope this won't be repeated with any future updates. Unfortunately it was and you've lost a star for not resolving the issue nor replying to an email
This game is really fun. Music and graphics and game play are all great. Haven't had any trouble with it.
This game is so addictive because when you lose your like " oh let me do this agen ,its just so addictive
Crashing is frequent, all audio stops after watching an ad, lags a bit. This game should run a hell of a lot smoother than it does. Shame on you devs
My kids love it and I enjoy playing it with tgem. Great App, well made and only one or two 'glitches'. ( Freezes during extended play- reset droid and its fine ).
Great little game! It's quite challenging & strategic in the sense of timing is everything. Great graphics also. Every so often there is a bit of lag & it pauses right at an important part of the game hence 4 stars. Otherwise, definitely recommend it! :)
It didn't even begin. I tried about 15 times, still it closes without any difference
This has amazing graphics but it crashes every minute not even joking. I've only been playing it less then 5 minutes and I have had to hit my home button because everything Is black but music playing or it then says unfortunately box trolls has stopped.
