The sign up for the app is fine. The issue I had is that this app is for a restaurant, but to find the menu, you have to go through a couple screens. Menu's should be available on the home screen. And when you select your location/menu, it takes you out of app anyways. Poorly laid out, doesn't even use the app for menu's

Probably one of the worst apps I've ever used, the only thing that has helped to recover the fumble is the considerate and helpful person that responded to my rewards points enquiries. Scanning receipts has never worked and needed to reach out for a personal contact to eventually load points, now the app doesn't even load without crashing. Sadly an awesome idea and a well laid out platform is literally useless because of unfixed flaws.

Downloaded this app to get the free garlic fingers offer. Have the server the offer code but didn't realize that they email you a second code and if you don't give the server that code as well they don't take the appetizer off your bill. I didn't realize until the bill was paid and we had left. A heads up would have been in order.

I would love to be able to use this app yet every time I open it it crashes what's the point in having a rewards app if it doesn't bother to work? I see it just did an update and there was bug fixes but clearly not the right ones as the app still won't work. I would love to give a higher rating, but unfortunatly am unable to until it works.

If I could rate this app with no stars, I would. Spent 2 days trying to download the app and each time it says its installed but it's nowhere to be located on my phone. Not sure why head office isn't looking into the numerous negative remarks/complaints and trying to improve their app especially since they are highly promoting Rewards. Don't promote something that you can't back up.

My first review was on Jan 15....a month later and glitch still isnt fixed. Like almost every other review on here it can never 'locate' by bill. I've used the help button and emailed 4 receipts in so far. If I didn't I would have missed out on $20 so far.

My app will not open anymore. It just continues to think. I have reinstalled it 5 times along with rebooting my phone several times to no avail. I have credit in my account which I can't use!

Excellent food and great marketing to keep the customers. I love the food and it wasn't long before my meal was prepared for the skip the dishes driver and at my door. Thank you for the extra bonuses of gift certificates and free appy. Thank you.. Tracy

What a waste. You have to spend a ton of money to get anywhere with this and to top it off, your rewards expire if you don't use them right away. I just got a notice that the reward I got last month expires in 4 days. Total garbage.

I got a text after ordering delivery saying I would get $10 off for my next order. I replied, got the link to install the app, installed and signed in, replied DONE ..... NO coupon. App crashed right after install, useless.

(1) Why does this app need phone permission? (2) Cannot "earn" rewards - tried scanning the barcode of 2 bills of at least $55, got error msg "The minimum check in amount is $0.51"... Tried entering barcodes manually, same error message! CRAP APP!

Got a new phone Sunday, installed the app, and to this day it's still on the load screen, and not responding or signing in... There goes all the points I've accumulated...

I was under the impression you could order through the app, not only can not order you have to go through several clicks to find the menu which is just a pdf.

5 stars to the brewhouse and staff at Lewis estates my favorite place to go for beers and a bite to eat!! 0 stars for this app. why even bother if it keeps crashing and not accessible. not impressed

App doesnt even open. The app is promoted every time you go there or order off another app, but you cant even get it to work.

I've already claimed free nachos on my birthday and with the points system I have a $30 tab saved up! I love this app. Makes going to my favourite restaurant that much better. Cause I love free stuff

Loved it, easy to use, very simple to get around, and everything needed to know in a few simple taps of your thumbs :)

This app worked great. It downloaded in seconds and I have my promos, can't wait to go to the restaurant.

The app constantly crashes! No matter how many updates are installed it still crashes.

I echo issues the other reviewers have added. It may be a coincidence but within half a day of installing the app my credit card was defrauded.

It needs access to your phone to make calls on your behalf. Nope. Nope. Nope. App won't work without this permission. Big furry nope.

This crappy app doesnt even open. Whats the use of having this if it does not even work. Tried it on 3 different android phones and not one worked...

Did not work. Was excited for the free appetizer when signing up. But app said something went wrong each time on sign up.

Works fine for me, installed and easy setup. Overly red or I am too sensitive to red I am not sure.

What barcode? There is no barcode to scan. Sent in 2 help requests and nobody replied to last one. Obviously needs lots of work.

Just loading gift cards and tried to find the app on my phone. Why on earth is it called "rewards." Who dropped the ball here? Call it the name of the restaurant, so users can find it. Yeesh.

Has not once been able to 'find' my barcode. Always says it is looking for it, NEVER WORKS. USELESS FRUSTRATING DONT BOTHER.

Doesn't work on rooted phones. Why a restaurant reward app needs to have a secured device is beyond me.

Created an account and logged in only to be met with an app that crashes every time I open it.
