Ultra waste of time. Try opening app: goes to "updating" screen. Takes many tries.. have had to wait 60 mins for updating to complete. This app needs to be rebuilt to where it auto updates AT NIGHT so that when you need to do banking you can! Otherwise I can drive for 20 minutes and get to my local brach quicker than this joke tech 😅 Sincerely frustrated. I never write reviews, but this one had to take place. Note to bankers: Best price tech = get what you pay for! Your app is garbage flat out

I've had this app for so long and it has always been easy to navigate and quick to use, but now I just stare at a loading screen. Would appreciate the issue you getting fixed. I have to unistall or force stop the app several times before I can get it to the login screen... 😩😖 I notice others having the same issue hope there is a quick resolve...

I'm having a lot of issues with depositing checks electronically. I wait for a few minutes, but it never gets past the loading screen. It's very frustrating, as I live quite a distance away from my nearest branch, and this was the main reason for uploading the app

App worked as needed until a couple weeks ago. Now I just get a loading screen that never opens to the login page. *Update* Within a few days of posting this review the app started working properly again.

When an issue comes up its always "the phone and not the app" no help is given to resolve issues

When i first got this it worked amazingly. Recently though it wont even let me login, it just keeps loading until a "Time Out" or error message come up. Please fix this so i can continue using this app.

APP's junk I've been trying to log on to ever since I downloaded it now it finally accepted my username and password and then as soon as it accepted it I try to put it right back in noth ing no good I won't let me in tells me I'm locked out now junk pissed he got better after a while and I was able to was able to use it but the first night I tried to use it gave me a fit it's working good now.

this app will not work on my wifes new Google Pixel 3a phone. Bank said that her NEW phone doesn't work with their program. This bank needs to come up to time with new phones.

The app worked at first but know it won't load up past the apps main menu even with the correct information input needed to access my account info

when the app is up it's great but it always down and can't get access to my account. Why have it when it's always down.

All has been good until the recent update. A flashing "Updating please wait...100% Complete"

I have had no issues Depositing, easy. Paying Bill's, easy Transferring money, easy.

It never works. Log in screen just churns. Very disappointing.

Having trouble with the update password stuff it tells me my current password is incorrect when there is no way it could be

The app did update. And now it won't open to login screen.

I have to open the app twice just to get it to work. It's extremely aggravating.
