The Cepher

The Hebrew word eth (את) means divine, and the Hebrew word cepher (ספר) means book, scroll, letter or writing. Hence, the את CEPHER is the “Divine Book”. This complete collection of sacred scripture restores much of what has been removed and/or incorrectly interpreted in the Bible for centuries!

• Sets forth a translation, rather than a substitution of the names of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• Transliterates over 3,100 other Hebrew names and places without substitution.
• Includes the Aleph Tav את over 9,300 times, which have previously been omitted in other English translations.
• Includes all of the 74 previously canonized books, plus another 13 books considered to be inspired and/or historically significant such as Chanok (Enoch) & Yovheliym (Jubilees) from the Dead Sea Scrolls, as well as Yashar (Jasher), 2-4 Ezra (Esdras), 1-2 Baruk, and 1-4 Makkabiym (Maccabees) – all published in the chronological order of their writing.
• Corrects the errors (for the first time) in Shiyr HaShiriym (Song of Solomon), Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 14, Zakaryahu (Zechariah) 5, Mattithyahu (Matthew) 23, and corrects several other notorious errors found in virtually all previous English translations.
• Restores the 29th chapter of the Acts of the Apostles chronicling Paul’s journey to Spain.

The Cepher App allows you to easily search the scriptures by keyword, book, chapter or verse and is loaded with extra features, including:

• Note-taking capability with sorting.
• Highlighting available in seven different colors.
• A Lexicon of all the transliterated Hebrew words found in the את CEPHER.
• The Daily Hebrew Prayer.
• Links to our Weekly Torah Portion, Dr. Stephen Pidgeon’s blog, articles and other free downloads available our website.

One-time cost covers all future updates/ revisions to the text.

Just started using this, and wanted to write a review for consideration on the next updates. I have another bible reading app and am used to how it functions, but was disappointed to find that when I leave the reading portion, to change a setting or come back later, the spot I'm reading isn't saved. It immediately scrolls back to the top of the chapter I'm on. It's minor, but enough to be frustrating as a busy mom who wants to read when I can. Sometimes I have to scroll down again many times.

I'm giving 5 stars but this is for the restoration of the word of Elohyime. It's great to have a more faithfull and closer English translation to the original. If I could, I would give only 2 stars though for the app, which I find very basic and frustrating to use. On my phone, if I switch between apps, when I return the it's like my Bible was closed and place lost! I would prefer this was just a plugin to MySword. I would still have been willing to pay the same amount.

Good to have on the go but definitely needs work. The back button shuts the app down instead of going to previous chapter or going to the home screen. It's been a very long wait for the audio to be added. Many people use the audio when they cant physically read at times an this makes having the app the same as carrying the book around! When I purchased this it said the app could be shared with people but I have never seen that option in the app.

Grateful to be able to access this app. However I've encounter minor issues: certain underlined bold words don't show definition when I click in it also, a recent problem is for some reason I have to higlight a text twice, the highlight doesn't appear on the first try. It would be nice if I could highlight many scriptures at once instead of six at a time. Great app but there's always room for improvement.

11/20 UPDATE BROKE PSALMS. swiping to next chp, it goes to diff book (fix w/reset app) . 9/20 It would be wonderful if I could sync my notes across multiple devices. Also, sometimes when editing notes it will not save, so the note has to be copied/deleted/repasted to be able to save it. How about adding the ability to select and highlight separate verses simultaneously within a chapter besides of individually or consecutively; that would really be nice. For $22 Can we get that Please Thank You

I have it both physically and digitally, so I think it's safe to assume I love this bible. But if I had to improve on one thing, it would be to update this version with the recent corrections, like the difference in the word "Nephiliym" and "Naphaliym" in Bemidbar/Numbers 13:33. But other than that, it's fantastic! Maybe in the future it could have a version with Strong's? Either way, there's plenty you can do with the Lexicon as it is.

Love this all in one w/restored names!!! Also love the way the highlights are put together. I am able to add precepts to my notes that show up under the texts I highlight; there just needs to be more colors to create studies with. 7 colors only allows for 7 organized subject studies. Also I'm curious why 1st and 2nd Esdras is not included in the books?

The Cepher is a well constructed book...beautiful pages...knowledgeable and informative...the fonts could be a shade or 2 darker...or maybe the next size font...a little heavy but that's because of the weight and beauty of the pages...that being said...this application is great to have because of the mobility of it...as stated before the hard copy is a little heavy to carry around...I have both...love them for the reason stated above...you can't lose either way...excellent products...

The most amazing app,as my Cepher is too heavy for me to pick up to read, but would like another smaller version. Anyway, I love the app and shame I can't get it on Windows 10. I was born with mod-severe cerebral palsy with strabismus of my right eye , so computer's and mobiles help me to read ,as the written that I would love to read ( I love holding and feeling the pages). The computer version is just as wonderful .

I love the book but the app is hard to use. I can not go between books for study, and the search button is useless because no matter what i put in there it always says nothing was found. very aggravating to me. I can't ever push the back button to go to the previous chapter cause it kicks you out of the app completely and you have to start all over. also the daily prayer is a few of the same prayers just rotated day to day over and over.

I messed up my phone and had to get a new one. I lost all my notes and highlighted materials. I wish we had to sign in to the app and we could move the material over to each new device. I would also like to be able to highlight more than 6 verses at a time.

I don't like the fact that I purchased this app weeks ago and can't get full use of it. When I tap on the notes are lexicon it tells me I need to purchase the full version. Then it takes me to the play store to but it again. Totally unfair...if I can't get what I paid for then I want a refund. I paid for full use of the Cepher and can't access the full version.

I don't know what you guys did but, you guys really messed this app up. It looks totally different and now the books nor the scriptures will load. Its just a blank screen on the adroid phone. Please fix it. I have lost all of my highlighted scriptures. Smh. Go back to the first version or fix this one.

I have the App and the Book...to me this is a great Bible and the only thing I would add to this Bible is Summary Titles to Chapters and Verses. The name of YAHUAH and YAHUSHA is all thats needed in Hebrew so all the other names can be in English for me. As for the App I wish they had a feature toggle between Hebrew and English Translations. Also more information on Underlined Names...and the ability to integrate with Instagram and other Social Media.

The best investment of time and money you can ever make! I highly recommend the Cepher for anyone who is wanting to read the true English translation of the ancient holy scriptures! The Cepher also includes all the books the KJV and other "bibles" chose not to, ie. The Book of Enoch, Jubilees, and several more! You can highlight, search, and there is even a lexicon for reference. Also includes the original names and places instead of translating them. Praise Yahuah Elohiym! Seek the truth!

Great app but....you guys have got to fix the scrolling. All most all the time when you try to scroll down the note text scrolls up. Its aggravating. Please fix this. It shouldn't be coming up unless i click on notes...that is why i only gave 4 stars...maybe have more settings features for this option...its almost like a ad in its aggressiveness. Please fix...

Rog. J. Jul 29, 2019

All info in hardcover appears to be there. Not the most straightforward way to view what you need to. You must start over each time you view something new. Navigation is the slight issue. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

Please fix this new update with note 10 plus. Having error loading message pop up and sometimes when it works there is grammar problem for example in Genesis it says fform instead of form. Hoping this can be fixing because it has been very good. Thanks for all your work much appreciation.

I was unable to load any texts but I noticed there was no font option selected. once I checked default font and reset data in the settings tab I restarted the app and everything loaded! thank you for making the word available in its entirety!

The Cepher has been such an incredible blessing through the restoration of scripture and the inclusion of xtra biblical books. It has brought about so much greater revelation pertaining the 66 book cannon. The Cepher app with its instant access and multiple extra functions will serve as the perfect tool for both my travels and home studies. I've never wanted to write notes in my physical copy, so to be able to do that on the app and refer back to it will for sure be the perfect marriage. Ty J&D

I would give it 10 stars simply because it's the Living word of the Eternal with all the books that were stripped away, I have the paper copy but this I can literally take everywhere even to work. I'm sure if there are ever any problems with the app I'm confident that they will be resolved.

I have the Cepher book & love it but the app is better for traveling. However I take lots of notes & 1 important area that needs attention is the highlighting & notes. It will not allow me to highlight just a phrase within a scripture it makes me highlight the whole thing. It won't even let me select 1 word out of a scripture to research, highlight or do a websearch on. Bible gateway is great app to refer to for easy highlighting & note taking + it's free but it's not the Cepher. Please enhance

I have 2 copies of 1st edition paper Eth Cepher but it's heavy/bulky so I & others who come for fellowship use it @ home. (I read 3rd edition is slimmer/ lighter) I Love this app! : the sound exegesis & background study/research that is its foundation , the Hebrew, the tap on definitions & pronunciation of key names/words, new cut & paste ability (!!!!!), bookmarking (my grandchildren quickly find the verses we're memorizing), & Torah Portion! But for 100 reasons, we need Audio!!!! Todah Rabbah!

Alf. D. Dec 6, 2020

How do I get a refund? I just purchased this app and everytime I try going in a scripture, it keeps giving me the Error Loading error and says "The notes data is either corrupt or didn't install correctly. You may close this and try again or reset the notes data from the home screen settings area." I've reset the notes and reset scripture data, shut the app down, shut my phone down, and nothing is WORKING!

Love the Cepher book with restored Paleo Hebrew names, and restored books like Enoch, Jubilees, ect. App is very convenient on the go, though highlighting and copying text takes a moment to get use to. Very much look forward to the audio version of the Cepher in the works- very exciting, as I learn just as well by listening to audio as I do reading. Thankful also for the family history section added.Only recommendation...is a place to record marriage and births...Recommend the Cepher! 👍🌈🎶

INTRODUCTION • First, this is a great app! • Second, this is the best translation of The SCRIPTURES I've ever owned. AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT • Give the users the ability to highlight a portion ( or portions) of a verse, instead of the entire verse only. • Add features like: -- Underline -- Bold -- Italicize • Give the users the option to paste the reference(s) in front of the copied text. CONCLUSION • There's always room for improvement • Everything living grows
