needs bugs fixed, my app kept telling an :ERROR MESSAGE: that I wasnt connected to internet and please connect or try again. so I would uninstall and then install back the app 3x and still saying the same thing. Please help I love this place I shop online often.
Could never get the app to nope. Always have to use Chrome to log on and shop. Finally uninstalled.
i used to love this app but it no longer works at all and has not been updated since 2016 for whatever reason. i will be uninstalling
2+ years of app not working and still no fix? Just waiting on them to announce bankruptcy.
Says it needs to update but playstore says its up to date. Can't use at all

You only got two stars because I love your store. But I hate, hate, HATE your app. You can shop an look at the stores invatory but none of the other tabs will load. I try to view my cart or rewards and every time it's a blank white screen that won't load 😑
It use to be an OK app now it won't let me log in to my rewards and the app is always super slow. I hate the new rewards system and I was told if you are a place card holder you only have to get to 50 to get a 5$ reward, that is NOT true at all! Do not install this app now it is not worth it!
Love the store and the products but hate using this app. It runs extreamly slow and half the time doesnt do what I want or I lose items I put in my cart. Sometimes I give up on attempting to purchasr the items because I dont have 2 hours to spend using the aop to shop. Needs some major improvements.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Definitely the worst app I've ever used. Most pages are blank, I try to log in and it doesn't take my password. I don't understand why these problems aren't fixed if all the reviews say the same thing.
Children's Place you have really messed up severely. Your new rewards system is really just a way to ONLY reward your credit card holders. Shame on you! Your store has always been my favorite especially because of the rewards but safe to say I'll be looking at other stores and stop recommending your store and rewards program. Deeply Disappointed
The app does not work it has nothing but a blank page. So I am in able to look at the clothing and deals to order. Very disappointing. I have downloaded this app more then once and it does the same thing. This does not happen with any other app. I'm disappointed b/c I love to shop at this store for my daughter.
When I first got the app it worked fine. Now when I open the app, it puts up a warning that someone may get my identity. Everything I put in my wishlist is gone. I can not check my rewards points, or credit card. Also, I can not use my coupons or point rewards. Most items I want to purchase, I can not find in a store, but if I can not use my rewards or coupons, there is no point in me using your company.
Keep getting message that certificate for the server is invalid. Message pops up every 10 seconds and can't navigate site or find a way to fix.
Very slow app. Takes too much time to click, select and advance to the next screen. I do, though, like that you can scroll left/right to see different color options of clothing in the same screen without having to leave the page.
Downloaded this app and it a frinking blank page. Nothing is loading. So before you put an app out there for ppl to download MAKE SURE IT ACTUALLY WORKS.
The app isn't trusted by my phone so it won't let me even let me on the application. This problem occurs often and I have to open the website from the internet on my phone making the app useless.
It used to work well but I cannot get the pages to load anymore. Like others, I get a white screen. You're losing money from the bugs.
Your app stinks. It freezes and there is always a white screen. I have rewards and I can't even view them. Get it together already. Sheesg
Having problems like so many others have said about this app, it is slow and all I can see is a white blank screen.
This App is awful and this company's customer service is just as bad. I get certificate errors every time I use the app warning me of possible fraud. Great kids clothes but forget about returns.
This app doesn't work past the home page for me. I can get on the home page but every time I try to go to a different page it gives and error message and I have even uninstalled it and installed it again and it still does the same thing. Needs major improvement.
Very slow the app isn't working good at all can't use scared to enter card info when u select a tab it isn't going to the tab selected it takes minutes to view an item. Very upset about this app
Right now i am not happy with it. The app was working great and i lived shopping from it. Now its glitching and can't or won't connect to a server or something.
The app I assume isn't fully set up considering I tried to look for a store and I just got a blank search with the words "Download app" as an option. Complete waste of space.
App is not working on my Samsung 7. I can shop but can't view my orders, my shopping cart etc. Just a blank white screen. Still no correction to anything above.
It's really slow it doesn't keep you logged on I have to open it twice in order to get it to work
Very slow app. I LOVE the store. GREAT products, HATE the app. My app NEVER works. It always says that the app failed to update because I am offline, even when I have full bars and wifi.
