03-04-2020. Not good app. Freezes hangs everytime. Update: 25/04/2020. App still freezes on startup. Update: 05/06/2020. New update released. App still not functional on my phone. Update: 11/08/2020. App still not functional. Whats worse. New shows are released on the app a few days before its released on the site. Time to cancel my subscription.
The paid subscription feature has a bug in the app and your subscription may not activate. But once I contacted their support on email, they quickly resovled it! The app requires some bug fixes but the content is really good!! I will give 5 stars if they fix the bugs in the app. Thanks Cinema Dosti!
something wrong with app. doesn't work properly. i had to uninstall and reinstall two times. after installing it works fine. next day the app doesn't load at all.. doesn't show any content. now again same problem..i had to uninstall and reinstall again. but this time even after reinstalling its not working. why is it happening like this?
Worst: 1. After subscribtion I was able to view trailers of videos only a later day the subscription is activated but the money has been deducted on same day. 2. As I was getting continuos loader issue on home screen I cleared the app data and trying to login again. But it's not working. Please fix this as soon as possible.
Payment done but yet says to subscribe. It always mentions server unavailable. If you are unable to handle the traffic then shut off the app. I have subscribed on 24th April and after login I it's again saying the same to subscribe. I have sent a mail to you on 24 th April and has attached the screenshot. If you aren't going to fix this then it won't be good for you.
Don't download the app. If you pay the subsctriptiton fee, with the play button in the middle, we are able to watch only trailers of 1-2 mins. They never activate your subscription. No data found in subscription. Zero Stars. Not worthy enough to get even 1 star. I have to give 1 star just to get activate the review post button.
I don't know what is wrong with this app. I subscribed for 3 Months plan but the plan didn't got activated. I can provide my transaction I'd to prove that I purchased. I mailed to contact support team as well but my problem wasn't solved. I read all other comments as well and everyone has purchased a plan twice or thrice, this is ridiculous. The app management team should've improved but they are going from bad to worse. Kindly think deeply before purchasing any plan, u may end up losing money.
I subscried for 3 month plan. I paid through TracknPay and got an email for successful payment. But App is still asking for subscription. I tried to contact help center on the app and also sent email to support but there is no response from them. Now i am going to file a consumer complaint online and then file a case in cyber police. Might be it is a big scam because i can see too many peoples facing subscription problem after payment.
I think subscription process is very poor than others apps, i have face this issue and also suggest you dont try to subscribe it.I have already tried to paid for two times and both times money was deducted from my account but account subscription is not activated till now. Both time I was paid 3 months subscription plan.. so I want to refund my money or activated subscription plan to my account for both terms i.e. 6 months (3+3= 6). PL activate it on asap.
After updating the app to Gold, the app is not getting open. I tried uninstalling the app and the n again installed it, still facing the same issue. It is not allowing me change my password as I have forgot it. If I am using my email I'd to have a link to reset my password, it is showing as "Email not send"+
I also faced the issue with payment and subscription , my amout got deducted but subscription not started. So I contact with support team and they resolved the issue in 2hours also they provided 10 days extra for free. I am able to watch movies without any issue. Best app recommend to u all
I have paid 49 rupees for one month plan. The app shows no subscription plan. And I have not even received any mail from the app regarding my purchase. I want my refund back or my immediate subscription. I have also written on the company's mail, but have not got any response so far!! I have sent the screenshot regarding my subscription plan showing no data. Please do help in the issue.
It is a fake app. Badly experience with this app. I have already subscribe for 3 month pakage. Till now it is not up-to-date. I can't show any video for this many mail send to the supported team but no reply. So it really a bad app and a scam. The supported system very bad.
This is not working at all even in a good internet speed...what is the use of installing such app in which u can't watch properly. Fix this issue asap to enjoy app without any disturbance. Subscription payment debited twice as in first time i didn't get confirmation for subscription so i request to return 99 rs.
Worst app I have already emailed but there is no response so I am reviewing Payment is already credited to your account 2 times but plan is not activated yet. solve this problem if the plan is not activated , refund my money. Your site always has a problem.This fraud has happened to me already.You deduct money, you do not get a subscriptions. This is not a problem with our bank's server, the balance is debited from us. We have not been credited till date or subscription.
Subscription taken for 99 rs but showing no data and in app also,unable to submit feedback..one of the worst app,most of the time it says server issue,now I am unable to login, forgot password option also not working,better give our money back,if u can't take our issues seriously,no proper management,. Sent email to that id multiply times but no responses.
Worst app. Worst customer service team as well. Did payment for the subscription but didnt get subscription so sent the mail to team dosti. They replied will resolve youer issue within 24 hours. Now 7 days passed neither they refunding my money nor i get subscription. I am recommend everyone dont install such useless app. Its just a scam. You will end up in wasting money @edited after response- i have shared my profile,subscription plan screenshot to your mail ID. I am not misleading anything.
Worst experience After paying for the subscription for two times and still it is showing "No subscription". I've tweeted regarding this issue and tagged them in that too. But no response from them. No response from them even if we're reporting the issue through APP. Worst App ever
Very very laggy interface of the app, When I tried to play a video it played but after some seconds it starts buffering, I have high speed internet connection (broadband) but still its very much buffering in the video. I request you to please fix this problem.

I am giving 5 star for prompt action, but request to fix bugs in app to aviid this kind of issue to other fellow subscribers in the future. --------- Payment for 3 months subscription made on 29-05-20 but the subscription not activated yet. Immediately the above issue/error reported to concerned by email & thru App. And until now no response yet from them. Very very poor customer service and learnt a lesson.
Worst experience. Have paid already subscription fees but didnt get access to the app. I have sent you the the payment screenshot as well to the given app email id but still no response. Kindly solve it as early as possible.
As they told me give your email I'd, I complain them on mail but can't get any response from last 7days. I request everyone to not pay for subscription pack. I have paid 3time recharge of 99rs of 3months subscription but it shows again to subscribe. They debiting money and not give any response. Even I already mail them about debiting my money but neither my money came back neither any response from their side. I made 3 transactions in last 3 days (2from my debit card and one from Google pay).
I have paid twice for the subscription but have not got the plan activated at all. Triesd to contact support as well but there was no response from them. They are just trying to hog your money. Don't ever subscribe to them. Worst app ever.
Amazing amazing app! Even better customer service. No matter what your problem is it gets solved in 24 hours. I faced some issues with subscription but just emailing them was enough. They always subscribe. Please everyone do download this app! Great content as well!
Multiple bugs. Many hypertext links dont work like top arrivals and new sections. No search feature either to directly search for a specfic video. Same with app and website both. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled new app. Its still the same.
One the worst app I had ever seen and poor customer support, I had purchased the subscription , and even after 2 days I can only see trailers instead of actual videos. I had sent email to support team regarding my issue, but no response from them
It's Good App.. But It needs more Updates / Repair. It is automatically closing while trying to play some videos.. and it showing "Netwrok Connection Error" many times even the network is good in my area. Needs More Correction.
I have taken a paid subscription to this app, but after reinstall this app can't see my subscription. Also the contact email provided in the the app is not valid as all the mails are bouncing back.. really disappointed with this app and the creators

Changed rating from 1 star to 4 star. The content of the app is good and am satisfied with the movies. But the service was not good. I had to wait for 4 days to get the subscription problem resolved even after sending a couple of emails. Then I got a prompt response only after leaving a 1 star rating in the store. Maybe the team should also resolve problems addressed via email instead of just play store responses.
