Not terribly user friendly. And takes FOREVER to connect when trying to get in. On more than one occasion I've given up. There are too many old articles at the beginning, you have to check the dates to see if it is 'new' news or not. Sad, the Citizen was my newspaper of choice.
App freezes every time you exit an article that you have finished reading. You then need to log out of the app completely and log back for it to reset and unfreeze. This happens so often it feels as if it is every time. Its been months since I posted the complaint. and till now f$^@_all has been done about it
This app is really awesome. It gives me a condensed version of up to date news when reading the printed copy is not an option.
Very slow loading. Can't adjust font sizes for visual impaired.
constant crashes make it unusable.Deleted it in fristration and will try again in a month or two.Perhaps they will have done something about it by then!!! Right now give it a miss!!-
This is the worst news application because of ads to such an extent you can not even view the actual contents as there are ads above and below the text giving you about 4 lines of actual content, I understand the need for ads however this is beyond the realm of sensibility
Constantly crashes. Looks to be because of adds loading. Unusable, rather use the web interface.
Extremely poor. I am paying a monthly subscription for premium, however I am almost always unable to access the premium articles.
While viewing news, sliding up, there is white part obscuring the view and there is a sound or speech coming in the background which I have no idea of it origins. Not happy at all with this app
Apart from freezing at times, it's a good app to always be updated with the latest news. Keep up the good work.
App takes a long time to load adverts. Content moves around while adverts loading. Irritating and slow.
Good info...sometimes during this busy internet season with everyone working from home, Your App longer to open...and often "hangs" or freezes...other wise fine!!
Great news app. Way less buggy than News24. The diversity of news coverage and quality is great. Much better than IoL rubbish.
The app is extremely difficult to navigate. There is no back, and it goes to ads unreliably
Cumbersome. Constant need to input password is annoying. Will not be renewing subscription. Use News24 now
Articles are incomplete and hard to follow. Many are greyed out. There shld be an option to delete what has been read.

The app takes too long to open. On home screen it says something and when one opens it. Then it i something else
Really enjoy the content...but crashes after opening any article. Fix this and it gets 4 stars
News are relevant and updated. It cover national news well, provides interesting relevant international news and is unbaised.
Have to get used to the navigation. News content in line with other media reports.
It has so much information one needs on a daily basis but is lacking more local sports news
Ah its fine, i cant read small letters, but this one is precisely written in bold letters for everyone to enjoy reading

Content is substantive well researched and topical. Always found relevant and appropriate topics.
Very poorly developed app. 1) it cannot be closed when required. 2) After reading an article it forces you to view a list of articles which are so outdated,before you can go to the main menu. 3) You cannot go to the main menu anyway after reading an article because the app will not allow you too. 4) This app has always had issues and all in all a very poor showing.
