Before this last update I would have gave 4 stars except now I can't login to my account. Even though I unistalled & then reinstalled this app. Please fix this problem it's very annoying expecially since this is the only way I have of checking my account most of the time since I'm out of state a lot. Thanks
I get locked out sometimes and it's hard to get into my transfer to pay my bills. It keeps trying to load. Other than that I love being able to pay my bills through the app!
When i pull up the app it wont let me put in anything. It doesnt register touch. My phone is in perfect condition and i dont have this issue with any other app. Just this one.
App has been great. Fingerprint login works flawlessly and the app provides all of the banking functions I need in an easy-to-use format.
App no longer works with latest android software 9.1. I enjoyed app, but it needs to be maintained to operate on new phones and software updates.
Keeps freezing on login screen. Won't let me type my login. Loved it before it started. Then was updated and froze.

Was able to transfer money from one account to another.
It tells you what you need to know BUT, the font changed and it's very tiny, the format is terrible and I keep hitting the wrong button and look at the wrong account. It's just poorly designed now.

Love it. Sometimes it doesn't want to load, but all in all, it works more often than it doesn't.
About the three weeks ago when I'd go to openy app it wouldn't load or even open I'd click on it and my screen would turn white then it would close. It will not work at all. This is my way to keep an eye on my accounts and now I can't due to this not working again. 😡😞
