Clunky navigation, very hard to move around content, unable to mark reading last place. Will not accommodate horizontal view anymore. Zoom is now a nightmare and cannot view single page view now on my table (android). Was thinking of moving to full digital, but is such a hassle to read anymore may just drop the whole subscription instead.
The app sends notices to your device but much of the time when you click on the notice it simply takes you to the app but not to the story that was mentioned in the notice. If you use the notices button it will sometimes get you to this story you were interested in. Other times you can find the notice but it won't take you to the story. The search function will always get you the same result, zero results.
Much smoother, faster performance than using my internet browser. I like how I receive notifications on my phone about breaking news and newly posted articles throughout the day and can easily open those articles of interest at my convenience.
App is useless. I pay for access and they give you constant ads. An attempt to search news articles had pop ups occuring over the search box! I wonder if anyone at the paper ever used the app before rolling it out...
These most recent changes to the on-line "G" have made it almost un-readable. I have enjoyed my digital "G" for a couple of years, but if this mess is not fixed soon, I will cancel my subscription. How is it possible to make such a digital mess? Does this get released without market testing it? Disgraceful.
Not user friendly at all for laptop or cell phone. Can't move from page to page, app won't stay still and it's a mess. After 45 years of subscribing to the Gazette, we're regretting renewal.
Recent editions have been unavailable. When they do become available, not all of the pages are viewable. This dropped my rating from 4/5 on Feb'22 to 2/5 in Mar'22.
Good app! with access to mostly local, some national and world news. My only complaint is that it sometimes kicks me off and I have to log back in.
The improved app works really well. The left leaning news not so much. Headline compared infection rate to vaccine adverse effects, not death & injury to death & injury for young adults & children. WHO says no to vaccinations of children. Vaccine risk higher than covid risk for that age group.
Nice to stay connected with current news in Colorado Springs. Glad I can use my subscription when I'm on the go!
Liked it for Pikes Peak Region data , but deInstalled the app for device memory space concerns (for awhile). I no longer live in ColoSpgs or State o' Colorado.
Good app to look at on the cell instead of the paper version. Like the download PDF capability for the laptop.
I like the opportunity to peruse articles of interest. Only thing missing is the editorial section. Please add this
The app serves the measure of its purpose very well. One tap and I'm getting my daily news fix.

Need to represent both sides of issues impacting Colorado Springs. A story on water issues that will impact Colorado would definitely lend some credibility to there reporting!
No complaints with news coverage, but the photo quality is horrible.
Can't get it to download from the play store. Been trying since I bought the subscription. So far I haven't got to read anything
Stopped working on my Samsung tablet, I try and use the website to read articles and it freezes
These crooks fool you into thinking they offer free news, then 2 days later they demand money to read any of the articles. No thanks! App uninstalled!

The only time I ever use app is when traveling...don't have continuous wifi access, so I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED that once logged in as a SUBSCRIBER you cannot download the entire paper to read in car, on airplane, at campsite, etc. You had this option on previous versions of Gazette online. Why we lost the capability with newer versions is ludicrous!
