I tried cancelling my digital subscription over a month ago. First of all, they don't have an easy way to do this. Second of all, after a series of emails in which I had to give them more personal information, they finally told me my subscription was cancelled. This was complete BS because they ended up billing me TWICE on March 5 for $7 a piece. My subscription price per month before cancelling was $1....which they had been billing me twice for before as well.
Looks nothing like the print version...missing some articles and other content that is in the print version...it looks to be more up to date....it would be nice to have the old e version which was just a pic of the print edition and add up to the minute content
Effort to cancel this app are almost impossible. They are blocked until the end of the 30 day trial--they day I will be charged. Apparently it can be cancelled AFTER that date. No way to give them 0 stars or I would. So far I have spent over an hour trying to get rid of it.
Don't purchase this app I cancelled my subscription and they continued to charge me.I couldn't read any articles when i subscribed.I was charged 99 cents now they charge me $7.99 every 16 days. When you call to be refunded they give you the runaround
Having problems with app...the number provided to contact does not work. Would be nice to get what you pay for
Great news coverage, but it constantly asks me to sign in, not sure why it can't keep me signed in like other apps.
Pain in the a**. I can access and load the app from the app store but it does not appear on my phone.
Great application .Very good reporting and good design.I get all the news that's important to me in one place from trusted sources.
It logs you out way to often. You have to constantly login, when trying to use it.
Constantly having to sign in. Sign in, and get "Welcome" only on next page get "Subscribe to continue‼️" Over and over, it continues.. Clear Cashe, no 😣.
Easy to use and navigate through pages
Why do I have to sign in every time I open the app? And why is the 1st story I see for subscribers only to the Tennessean? Ridiculous.
Signs you out daily despite my being a payed subscriber. Needs fixing.
Does not recognize that I am a subscriber so I am unable to read the "subscriber only" articles.
Access to log in never does up
It saysI can specify my interests to follow as future stories are written. I can't find how I specify those interests.

Too many ads and they just added another that commandeered control
Very clean and simple. It would be nice if we were able to comment on an article.
The 2020-2021 version of the app is greatly improved in stability and responsiveness. (No more freezing & crashing.) When the app is closed during the day, re-opening returns the reader to the same page - instead of page one. No more stops mid-read for an "updated edition" which *always* would go back to page one. The comic page is so much easier to zoom in and read (applies to text pages too, but you know ... priorities.) Good job IT developers!
