Up until now I have not had an issue with this app on my S9+ Samsung phone, However, I'm giving it 3 stars for (2) reasons. 1. Changing my password should be "my" preference, not a mandatory event, and especially not that often. While I appreciate the effort in protecting my account, changing a password (and remembering it) every 3 months or so, is kinda redundant. 2. Recently, even after changing my password, and resetting it at the bank itself, I STILL CANT LOG IN!🤦♀️ So, I've uninstalled it
Doesn't even work, I've had an account for a week and made several transactions, none of it shows up on the app. Still says my balance is the same as when I opened my account. Can't deposit checks, worst bank app I've ever used.
Will NOT stop resetting my password and user ID. Have had to go in every day just to keep making new passwords. It's so unreliable.
Doesn't even work half the time. Sending feedback is pointless.
Constantly getting network errors, an absolute joke of an app for an absolute joke of a bank

Easy to use
It's easy to use and find what you're looking for. I do wish it had muti verification for the log in, but since it doesn't have that yet I'm glad we have to change password every 6 months. It is also really nice that the password requirements are posted while you're changing the password.
