I paid Lexington Law for almost 6 years and was worst off with their "help thats not free". At my wits end i found Credit pros. Paid them a year at regular rate, since in medicare/Ssdi, i "should've been paying only $60/mo not $129/mo but that will start next month!" Even though that info was given after name and address on day 1. Their error, plus stayed at 520 from 625, yup backwards, they would'nt credit me the $70 extra i paid × 12 months off their error. Im with the Credit Game University.
This company started as a great opportunity to fix credit to purchase a home. They were very friendly and out of 18 items, they removed 2 items in 7 months! RIDICULOUS! They're just as bad as Lexington Law! So I fired them! Don't waste your time with these people. This is a waste of money. I went to another company after doing my homework- credit cleared in 60 days- I went from a 535 score to a 690 in 60 days. But it was not with the credit pros. They take your money and take their time!
They removed a few items in the beginning and after that it became a monthly payment for nothing. They never updated my profiled or worked on my behalf until I threaten the leave and even after I left they continued to charge me fees for services they where not providing. There in it for the money, and the help is really minimal. You been warned!
They are continuously working on my credit. In the 1st 6 months my credit score jumped 40 plus points and I still see it rising....The staff are very friendly and provide excellent feedback. The staff do not rush you off the phone and take their time answering your questions so you fully understand what you asked them....The fee they charge you is well worth it and while other companies focus on 1 credit bureau at a time, the Credit Pros work on all of them...
After 6 months and $900 later my credit dropped to worse than when I started with them. It dropped while I still was paying them. I ended up cancelling because they started drawing the payment before our agreed date. They told me 3 to 6 months to fix my credit but they was a lie. I ended up reporting then to the BBB and there response was they don't guarantee any results. So to sum it up, I'm out $900 and my score is lower about 170 points now. Don't be fooled by the false ratings.
My dealings with the credit pros was very enlightening, and they kept me well oppressed with what was going on on their part as well as on everyone else's part that were making an impact on my credit history, pass current and or future. The only thing I did not like, was when I missed one month's payment, but told them when I would make the next payment, they essentially hounded me every single day, until I got so frustrated with them and them nagging me, I ended their service; but they are good
Be patient that TCP is working for you behind the scenes to help repair your credit. If your score is really bad, you need to give it time. Easier said than done though, trust me. In the meantime, read up on the multitude of literature, articles, videos and resources that TCP has on their portal to equip yourself with knowledge for the future.
Just received a notification from one of my credit monitors that my SSN has been released from the Credit Pros to the Dark Web. Not necessarily the victim of identity theft yet but this adds to the vulnerability to have it happen. I havent been with The Credit Pros in nearly a year. My personal information has been retained and released for reasons I could only assume were for monetary gains.
I was sceptical initially cause a lot of agencies get your $ and do absolutely nothing! Credit Pros not only listened, they offer you a couple of credit purchase programs to help build credit the services also report to the 3 credit bureaus. When I couldn't afford them for awhile they didn't make feel worse then I did already.They not only took me back Credit Pros let me pay my bill and they took a small % off that bill. Now what Company you know does that ? They really care ! Truly Vested
It gives me the opportunity to keep up with all personal data dealing with repairing my credit and gives me ideas on how to boost it. Highly recommend this app and co.
I have worked with a few credit repair companies in the last 3 years and they didn't even have an app like the Pros does.
The credit pros app is inclusive, and accurate. And believe it or not, it's much fun to use. It's so simple to navigate, great grandma could do it!

Thought it was something informative but you can't do ANYTHING unless you have an account and it doesn't allow you to create one. it's an app for only those who already have established some type of service through them.
they wrote letters And sent them before they sent them to me a put a city I never lived in on my credit report. they did get the credit companies to quit selling my information and credit cards I did not have off my credit report. the letter was locked behind their system and I do not have access now to what they did.
The Credit Pros have a good app, I can do virtually everything I once did on my laptop in the app. Satisfied.
Downloaded Credit pros app in October. I didnt get around to using it Saturday but I do think its very nice. I will use more now makes it convenient.
I signed up today with The Credit Pros just downloaded this app its pretty intense and has so many features. I dig it.
First off I would like to say, I was very happy when I was told what my credit score was. It's like learning a new language, and there's a lot of things that I didn't know. Most of the ads are clear and very helpful. So far I'm enjoying my experience with the credit pros.
I have no credit and loved the options they have for building credit for the future and how quick. So I just started and hopefully in 6 months i will be giving another rating that THIS app is the best app for you future credit freedom!
Great app. The Credit Pros are so awesome!! They definitely helped me get my credit score raised 85 points in 4 months. Definitely worth the money.
I was highly skeptical about any so called credit repair company, but this one is the real thing. A rated by BBB and no complaints. Fees are reasonable and no long term commitments. Within a few days my chapter 7 was removed! Score shot up! Recommend.
They only worked on my account once, and had only a few things removed. After that, it became a monthly payment for no work being done. They won't reply to emails, but they will call you then times a day during work hours.
Within 30 days my credit score went up 78 points. I highly recommend if you are looking to approve your credit rating, look no further. Invest your money in Credit Pros and you will reap the rewards.
They just want your money. They(Credit Pro) are only interested in their Profit. I am on a fixed income, I really cannot afford to pay $149 or $69 a month!!! They hadn't been honest &/or trustworthy with me. They WOULDN'T take "NO" for an answer. They were only interested in their bottom line! So, I had to hangup. Credit Pro hassled with me by calling me back 11 X's yesterday! I call that harassment! Don't you?
I love how i can check on the progress on my credit report at all times. Without having to call almost every hour. It never to late to repair your credit. And this is the company you want to work with.
This company is a scam they have zero percent knowledge of how to help you repair your credit the people the have working don't know how to assist you you have to pay for 3 months of service before they work on your credit with no results absolutely bad experience stay away from this company at all cost they only show you 1 credit bureau or your highest score to make it seem like your credit is increasing so you will continue to use their services
credit Pro app itself is okay as the company whose did you the work I'm very impressed and then I found out things in my credit that I didn't even know I mean colorful that it belonged to my family they were the ones that goes f****** up my credit so damn that. Thank you pros

I have been working with The Credit Pros for close to a year now, and this app is heavnly to me. I can quickly check on my account and progress. It alerts me when there is a change of my credit score. I'd say they did a good job. Very helpful if your too busy to call in.
