The Customer Factor

I purchased the year subscription to Customer Factor and had a hard time figuring it out (totally my fault, I'm not a quick learner when it comes to new apps). Unfortunately I had customers waiting for invoices so I just decided to go with another platform, and when I contacted the developer of CF and told them I needed to delete my account, they immediately acted on my request & to my surprise, sent me a very fair refund for the remainder of my subscription! They also took the time to explain all the features and show me how awesome Customer Factor really is. Needless to say, I will be switching back as soon as we get to winter & our schedule slows down enough for me to learn how to use it. Customer factor is way better priced than the others, and they are very helpful if you actually reach out to them for assistance. I would highly recommend this app for small service businesses!

The app use to load on my phone but now after multiple deletes and reinstalls I can't even log-in. It's been 2 weeks. I thought maybe it was a system error or an update and I've completed all avenues to remedy this but no luck. As soon as I reinstall it I click open...it comes to the log-in page, I enter my user name and password then the app minimizes and won't log-in. It's frustrating!

It does provide the functionality of scheduling across multiple devices. But import the data to other apps for use is sketchy at best. No direct Communication links to the creators in-app. I, as a user, feel very restricted by this app. Which is a shame because this is a critical tool, given the intended use. I do however look forward to future updates.

Awesome app and , increadable customer service. They will schedule to walk you though system and help you get the program configured to serve your business best. You can have emails automated to be sent and request reviews after a job is completed. All your expenses and profits are able to be recorded in program, which makes taxes a breeze at the end of the year. Able to send invoices from phone. Store all job history in my phone, and attach before and after pics to job hist. All on cloud.

This program is amazing! We have been using it now for about 2 months. It has already paid for itself with the amount of time I've eliminated using multiple other apps. It is very user friendly and anytime I have had questions, Steve has been very responsive to get me taken care of.

On an s20 and everything is pretty much working except for the pricing and invoicing. For some reason I'm unable to adjust any prices for jobs and I should have the correct permissions to do so. We're all pretty confused about it

Before starting my business 3 years ago, my biggest concern/fear was paperwork, computer work and invoicing. This app was the answer for me. Any issues you may have, the owner/developer will take time out of his day to walk u through it. Most of my issues were what my kids call I-D-1-O-T errors, lol. I'm old fashioned and computers terrify me, but this app made me look good!! My business has grown 60 percent in three years because this app frees me up to work in the field!

I wasn't a fan of the interface and requested to cancel my membership. In return, I received the most rude and disgusting email from customer service about how I thought I was a know it all and wrong about their app. Found another program that I'm much happier with that have reasonable people working for them.

Went through a few companies to land at this one rightly priced. My wife has loved the user interface of the software. I do wish though, that the time clocks were saved somewhere.

Sometimes punching in or out will not register, management tries to fix it but fails to adjust. I dont get paid for entire days of work because of this app

Force closes on Android at first start. Restarted phone, reinstalled app. Same issue. Before this weekend the app was great.

Not as accessable as I would have hoped. Can not find things on the mobile app sometimes. A little disappointed in the app.

This is will change the dynamics of your business. Amazing piece of software. If you dont have it get it, it is a no brainer!

Great software but the new july update breaks a lot of things for me and is unusable, how do i downgrade?? Using pixel 2 xl

Some features are very useful, however it is difficult to make changes or enter tasks.

Great app. Best part is clocking in and out on the app. From cell phone. Lication.. :)

It would be awesome if it had an automated scheduling option
