The APP hasnt been working. It keeps saying check your network connection. I could have full service or be on WiFi and still get the same error. I was looking forward to watching the DOOL:Digital Series, but since the app isnt allowing me to get to anything - I am unable to. I was able to watch the first 3 episodes like 2 weeks ago. I didnt like that you had to keep touching the screen or it would go to black and when you would open back up the phone it would start the series over.
Some of the videos won't play saying there's a problem with my internet connection. No matter where I am the same videos don't play, but other videos are fine. I guess my internet connection is okies for some but not others. 0lease fix so I can watch all of the videos. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work. Also if my phone goes to standby I have to start the video from the beginning, same if I rotate it to fullscreen. It won't resume
The concept behond the DOOL app is wonderful. That being said, a vast majority of the videos willl not load. this is the case after having restarted my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Based on the visible comments, some people have access to video content, but not I. Seeing as how the videos are my primary reason for having the app, I dont really see much reason to keep it.
The app worked fine for about a week. My biggest complaint was that you have to tap the screen to keep the video playing. Now however, like many others, I cannot open the app. It says to check the network connection. I deleted and reinstalled the app several times which didn't help at all. Will try again tomorrow and then just delete the app for good if it won't open.
I like the idea of doing this app except for when I load the video onto the big screen it leaves the pause button on the middle of the screen. It blocks part of the video. Plus I had to tap my screen from keeping it from going off. Please fix these issues and I might change my ratings.
if there was a way to watch the same video content of the DOOL app on YouTube, it'll be better. None of the videos that were uploaded even the latest ones refuse to be played or be in full screen mode. What's up with that? If I was working on the app, I'd test and make sure everything worked before publishing the app. Very sad that an app with so much potential has lackluster instead.
love dool... love the series idea. The app is bad though :/ kinda ruined the experience please release the series on youtube or nbc app. Playing videos is buggy, playing fullscreen doesnt keep the screen from going to sleep, the pause button tries to stay in the middle of the screen, had to tap it to shut it off. Keep the ideas coming, it is a positive direction, but this app needs work and the player has issues. Use NBC or Youtube pls, even the website works not for smart tvs though.
Love this show, been a fan since I was a kid on summer break (actually, before that, that's just what I remember). This app is horrible in the respect that, you cannot keep the screen on and it jumps back, when you have to reopen it. An 8 minute clip shouldn't take 30 minutes! Not to mention, any little movement also jumps it back. Stupid and I guess I'll hold out, again, and watch on YouTube or nbc app; just like the ChAbby eps..
Tried to open my app to view Chabby in Paris, and it wouldn't open saying to check network connection. Reconnected, still had issues. Restarted phone, still had issues. Uninstalled, reinstalled app, still had issues. I AM checking my network connection, and its connected. This has veem going on for two weeks now.
I installed the app worked good for awhile then i got a message check network connection. Disconnected internet from phone tuenes it back on, same message, tuen of internet box turn back on same message. Deleted app re downloaded it workes fine for awhile and now I am getring the message again. My connection is good I only have problems on this app.. Love this app but its very annoying!!!
The videos play, but even in full screen my phone goes to sleep and then when i turn it back on it doesn't save my place. I wanted to watch the new Chad and Abigail series, but gave up when I couldn't even get through the first half of a 9 min chapter. Uninstalled.
I really enjoyed this with the captions on, I can't hear. For some reason in chapter 2 the captions are gone, tried looking for a setting to fix it and there are none. Can't follow anymore since I can't hear it.
The DOOL app is great, and I love every section of it. Very informative as well as fun and interactive too. Love how you can keep up with the soap opera and all of the current plots and news of the show. Have been a fan of the show since 1980.
None of the videos are able to play and have not been able to for quite some time now. I was really looking forward to seeing this new Paris series, everything loads up as it's suppose to, but then I hit the play button and nothing happens at all. Same thing happened a week ago when I tried to watch an interview.
Was working great, but for the last 2 days I keep getting a network connection error on both mobile data and wifi. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't help.
Videos don't work. Will not expand to full screen on a Chromebook. Just real bad design. Looks to me like it was someone's first attempt at writing an app. My wife is very disappointed after having read a glowing review in Soap Opera Digest about the original content on the DOOL app.
Will not open! Always says check your network connection. Very frustrating when all my other apps work just fine! Have restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still not working.
I'd like it better if it worked its great when it does , but lately it doesn't! Over A year and this app still doesn't work properly never can watch interviews don't play back!
Most of thr videos dont play. I have installed and uninstalled this app 4 times already. I even went to setting and click on the link where you let them know any issuess with the app and nothing has improved.
It worked great the 1st time. Now it wont even open. It keeps telling me to check my internet. My internet is working on everything else just fine. Hopefully you can get this bug fixed soon!
Love Days but not these videos , the first day I got the app I watched all the videos without a problem and now forget it, it's so aggravating to be watching a video and have it constantly shutting down. Fix it please or I'll just delete it.

Two stars due to the potential. The only up-to-date content is the weekly promo video. Everything else is mostly outdated or does not load.
the app was working amazing. love the content. and now for some reason it isnt working. i uninstalled and reinstalled, did the update and its still not available
It was doing great, I absolutely love watching Chad and Abby: Life in Paris, but now every time I go to watch the DOOL App it says "Go check your network connection" and my wifi works perfectly fine and as well as my hotspot. Please fix this app for your DOOL fans
Podcast Trouble: I can't figure out what the problem is but only a portion of the podcasts will ever play. Where's the rest of the interviews? Why does it cut off on every single one????
It was working fine then 1 day I went to log on and it says check network connection. I've uninstalled and reinstalled nothing works, also tried on 3 different internet connection...nothing nada.

Every time i try to open the app i get a message saying "check your network connection" and it force closes. It has been working fine up until now.
If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. You have to hit play and then rotate the screen (if you don't the what little you can see of the screen is blank and you cannot play the video). But when you rotate it, it stops playing and restarts from the beginning. The screen does not stay on while the video is playing so if you miss touching the screen and the video stops playing, the video will restart from the beginning and start the whole process again. I really wish this app would work properly; it's a great concept, but terrible execution.
