The D4D App is integrated with a major data provider to give you the latest, public information you seek and then exports your lists into an excel spread sheet so you can easily mail merge your marketing letters. The user interface allows you to speak the address into the app, type in an individual address, or drop pins on specific properties in the overhead map view.

I use the app often and have generated many leads for DM. I experienced the problem of loosing addresses like others however, I worked around this by saving the list frequently. I am experiencing frequent crashes with the app and it seems to have difficulty locating addresses frequently even on bright sunny days. however, if i move up or back a few feet it sometimes will locate the address and on other occasions I have to turn around and face the opposite direction to get it to work.
needs an option to see all the lists on a map at once so you don't have to open each individual one to see what areas are done. Plus give an option to lock the map so it doesn't rotate when you slow down. Sometimes it rotates back and forth making it hard AF to pin a house.
Doesn't work for my market (Georgia). No information would come up on any of over 40 addresses I've pinned. I have an updated Galaxy 9+ and have never had any issues with any other apps on my device. I contacted their support team and after two months of back and forth with them nothing fixed with no explanation as to why. Waste of time and money, completely useless!
I wrote a previous review and I'm revisiting that review. First, none of the driving for dollars a perfect and this is no exception. They had a glitch in their system that prevented me from driving for a few days when I updated my subscription plan. They are convinced its google, I'm convinced its them. I will give Dan a lot of credit as he worked with me to remedy the issue and get me back to finding ugly houses. I wish you got back credits for houses their skip tracer found no mailing address
I started with deal machine, but didnt like the fact that every skiptrace cost a dollar but driving for dollars you could skiptrace right there and then, unlimited just paying the monthly fee. but my God the bugs in this app are endless. it wouldn't register my subscription through Google, then logged me out, when I tried to log back in I had forgotten my password and the app had no recovery system at all...
This is the sorriest app that I have ever used. It stopped working after only 5 searches. I reached out for help but got NONE. I basically donated over $35.00 to D4$ app because I can't use it (because it's not working properly and it's not being fixed). I'll change my review on the condition that I receive a full refund and/or the UPDATED, FIXED version of the app.
This will not work on chromebook please fix this asap. Changed from 1* to 4* because they said they would work on this. The program runs great on my note 9 just would be very convenient on chromebook.
This version of the app doesnt allow you to combine the list, u can only send 1 list at a time. and for realestate that alot of lists. list for every area
i keep getting an error message stating invalid credentials. i can't proceed to do anything or find any addresses. ive uninstalled the app twice
I feel like if you're a big-time investor who wants to spend a couple hundred bucks this would be great. However the $19 version seems silly because other apps do that for free.
I cant even get in the app first time downloading it.. tried to register and keep getting an error message i reached out to the tech department still hasn't responded waste of storage space on my phone
Can't figure out how it works, slick video doesn't demo the app. No one on YouTube has done a how to video either
This app is useless. I have to type in the address, then the only thing it will give me is an Arial pic, & street pic of the property. I can get more info on Zillow!
Can't login... Tried doing password recovery and it says unexpected error occurred... Can't figure out how to login
It stops tracking the route covered when you switch to another app.
Not friendly user it's at all not work good on Iphones

Why doesnt the android version give you unlimited access for the monthly rate like it does for iPhones???

App is fantastic compared to the old-school approach. You get unlimited property data for a very fair price. The creators have mentioned that you should be saving frequently, so... save frequently. The quality of the data pulled is pretty impressive and can easily be exported to a spreadsheet and dumped into whatever marketing medium you choose. Overall, the app does what it claims to do very well and is a massive improvement over other approaches to D4D.
Well I tried it a few months ago and I had a major problem with it saving the houses. Had to go back and revisit the neighborhoods. It seems to be working better now but I cannot find any way to export this data. I press on the envelope when I'm in a list and nothing happens. I saw a video with options on the bottom of the screen but there is nothing on the bottom of the screen when I'm either in the list View or the main view. Judging by the previous responses looks like I'm going to be told it's operator error. But when there's only a couple buttons to choose from I highly doubt that.
The app keeps shutting down and will not stay up long enough to even search the property information. When I try to add a favorite so I can at least try to keep a previous property it says error. It won't do anything.
I now have to modify my review... After months of using the App it has caused me many hours of waisted time, gasoline and wear and tear on my car. It has 1 MAJOR FLAW. IT FREQUENTLY LOOSES THE SAVED PROPERTIES AFTER HOURS OF WORK LOCATING THEM. until this is fixed, DON'T USE THIS App. ** Previous review follows** There are improvements to make, but overall it is the only App like it that I have found. I can drive and mark 20 to 30 properties in an hour and by the time I get back to my office I have a spreadsheet with all the details I need to start direct marketing that day. Prior to this I had lists written down that sometimes would take me weeks to get around to looking up the owner / property information. I really hope this App gets developed further.
This app works good. In my opinion the app is 95% accurate, Just need to double check owners name and mailing address. But I'll take, the time saved by not inputting the information in property appraisal site and staying organized is pricelist.
App didn't work at first everything said N/A except for owners name but after recent update works great and really fast results and so far everything as far as phone numbers and mortgage have been correct
Installed the app and even reset my phone after the install for proper installation. I kept trying to create the same list over and over and it would not save the just the name of the list. Them after typing in the list name i entered the zip and then a few addresses. None were able to pull any info on any home. I have a LG6 running the latest Android softwear. The app for me is a flopp.
It has quirks, but they are constantly upgrading it for smoother use. I've been using the app for about 6 months now and am confident in stating they may not be fast at solving issues but they do provide fixes. Once you get hooked you can't go back to pen and paper. The hours it saves overcomes the quirks.
