The Edge Fitness Club

This app is terrible and the developers do not follow up with you. Since joining the Edge in March, I have been unable to use this app to register for classes as my old gym pops up instead of the Edge. I have even tried changing emails, but it won't let me since I already registered with another email that was also connected to my previous gym. Thus affects my ability to take classes I want as they often are full before the class begins.

Really buggy. I can't enroll in a class without unistalling and reinstalling the app first every time. That trick only works once otherwise I couldn't enroll in any classes at all. Trying to look at your account and view your schedule through the app is a joke. Pages won't stay open and screen flashes like a strobe light. Please fix!

I'm getting erros whenever I try to book a class, tried updating didn't help.

This app consistently crashes and fails whenever I try to sign up for group classes. I don't understand why this known problem and nothing has been done to fix it. I can't complain enough to the associates at the gym and there's nothing they can do about it. The developer of the app need to fix this problem. Been experiencing this 90% of the time I used the app.

Horrible app, to sign up for a class, i have to delete the app and then reinstall it before it works. My wife has the same issue on her phone. I've tried it on both my androis phone and my IPad...same results.

Wish there was zero stars option. This app is useless. Trying to sign up for classes is like pulling teeth. Constant errors, the email is not recognized, the password is incorrect, try again later. Extremely frustrating, specially these days were class capacity is limited. I have missed the window period for sign-up because of the inept app this club is using.

The previous version of the app needed improvement. I was able to schedule classes and see what was on the cinema so it worked once I figured out how to work around the bugs. We'll see how this version works when the gyms open back up.

Omg! I could see everyone else is having a hard time with the app I was talking to Digital support for like 2 hours the other day at the app stinks and I cannot Update it because my phone is so full and I could not delete it and re-enter it or it won't be able to fit it's a nightmare the problem is I don't want any issue when I go to a class I don't want to be able to get my points each time and now they won't take enrollments over the phone as a matter of fact I was going to drop a class tomorr

Can't schedule classes. During these times and continually being charged for my membership, I want to take advantage of the classes that they offer, as I can't do a cycling class at home. This app is useless and doesn't let me sign up even for Barre! Will adjust my rating when this class issue is fixed but I can't deal with this mess, as I just want to be able to at least have the chance to take my cycling classes, even thought they're filled right away but I still want the chance.

New does not mean better, why did the app change... the class schedule is plain now whereas before it was colorful with a bar showing how full the class was. Also there is no longer a quick link from the home screen to access my card, I now have to load into the app to click the barcode. please add these back.

The clubs tell us to use the app to sign up for classes- which is especially important right now that they are all limited in number- yet its impossible because I constantly get an "error" and can't sign up. Useless.

Try to login, but it won't let me log in, using my email address and password,I have alot of points to redeem but it won't let me log in,the worker behind the counter said no problem thinking he can take it off from my email address on the computer, but he took it from my debit which I didn't give him permission to do!, that's twice they did that in the past 2 weeks, place is starting to fall apart, I noticed it's starting to get very dirty in their!

I haven't been able to sign up for a class since the gym reopened. I am now uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that fixes it. Neither my local gym nor the app management people could help me.

What happened?? This app is almost useless. Constantly have to sign out and in again. My schedule never, ever works. Always getting error messages. Bring back the old app.

Love the gym but, not the app. Still getting an error message after the problem was suppose to be fixed. Just hard because never know how many people are enrolled. Hope it gets worked out soon.

I think this app was made from someone straight out of high school, that can just turn on a computer. Half the stuff doesnt work. Support is bad, they send you cookie cutter response, not even reading the question. Takes forever to sign up for a class. I really do not think they tested this app before it went live. So much potential. Should really get someone that knows what they are doing and remake this app. Haven't meet one person at the gym have anything positive to say about it

Just a quick review as there isnt much to say. A simple and effective app, that let's you really take control of your workout goals and has you feeling part of the super nice community inside the gym itself. I'll miss the Y in Burlington, but I think I'll get use to calling this place home.

Update 6/22/21: STILL A TERRIBLE APP. The app had been working fine until what appears to be its latest update. Having trouble loading My Account section making it difficult if not impossible to view my schedule. Looking forward to having this bug fixed!

I can view classes but not sign up for them, and almost every other area says "no data available." So... it's practically useless. but hey, at least I can see what classes are coming up!

Not sure what is going on with the app lately. The enroll button for classes is not responding. Other people are enrolled in the class, but the app won't let me enroll. Frustrating and aggravating.

All I want to do is see my schedule and enroll in a class. That's it. And it keeps giving me an error message. Honestly. And why are there 2 Edge apps. Should combine with Train Edge Strong and have everything in one spot.
