This app could be better in general. The app fails most of the time. Connection is lost alot of the times even if the internet connection is stable. The upgrade tab doesn't allow you to save before exiting and automatically unsaves changes if u exit.
Most of the functionalities does not work. I booked a round trip ticket from US. Provided all the required information while checking in for outbound trip. Again app is asking for the details for the inbound trip. And even though I provide the information, it's unable to save.
Firstly it's my first Emirates experience. Being 100% I've always travelled with qatar but as I'm moving over to my destination this year I need to find an airline easy to deal with, this is one of many flights this year or so. Communication is far from perfect and I'm still waiting for customer services to contact me regarding an ongoing issue
It works except when you need it, such as at the airport. I was at JFK for over 3 hrs and could not get the app to launch successfully. Stuck on startup. I could access the website fine but not the app. Clearly poor design & web hosting and incapable of handling load that should be anticipated at an airport.
One off the best app, user friendly and no glitches at all. It get a frequent updates continously. You could get almost all what you need from emirates airline services through the app.
App has started crashing a lot. You finalize the flight but it leads you to the home page rather than the payments screen. After restarting app 3-4 times you see the payment screen and when you try to pay it doesn't respond. I had to call the helpline to sort it out after trying for at least 20 mins which should be done in 60 seconds.
Very nice and handy. Easy to use. Booking, check in, seat change so easy. Once personal data added, no need to repeat again. I like this app.
App is OK but it refreshes the Web browser every time you go back to it, causing all sorts of issues. if say for example you go to your messages to get the verification number for the credit card purchase. When you go back to the app it refreshes everything so you can't put it in, and confuses the whole system
Very easy to book or modify your trip also you can check in online or book a car to the airport many options ( mange booking):available only one think you can't print your ticket. Also you can mange skyward account. Some time error in the application
It is one of the worst airlines I have ever travelled in my life. I got low level services. My flight has been cancelled without any notice and I waited nearly 8hr at the airport to got the emirates assistance. I would like everyone never ever travel in emirates again. I swear if i can't get any response from emirates I will never travel again in emirates.
Not great for entering data. Each time I enter travel details it looks OK but then the next time I use the app I find that I have to put the data in again as a single field is not saved and you have to enter all the details again. Secondly you have to enter the same details for all individuals on the booking instead of the primary person. Just frustrating and time consuming
App crashes a lot. Chat function doesn't support attachments even though agents require uploads via chat. Everything else seems fine.
Great app, only issue is that if you need to switch screens (I was using FB messenger to coordinate with fellow travellers), some features, like seat booking, reload from start each time you switch back.
The plane was excellent to fly in. My son liked the pack of stuff he got and the meals he got. My son and I saw the plane and were in awe of the size of the plane. The crew were wonderful and kind. I loved the experience. I'll do it again
Some options/links are either unresponsive or broken. Overall, an easy experience.
I chose to lock the ticket price for 6 hours, but there's no option for the user to retrieve the saved reservation. So I have to go back to the mobile site to continue the payments.

Does not allow for upgrading your ticket online. The option is provided for but it has a bug. Often you will be required to contact your local Emirates office which can be inconvenient if they are closed on a holiday. Otherwise great app
Not intuitive. Developers: Your app is clunky and NOT user friendly. To attempt to get wheelchair assistance is problematic. Check out the app for Korean Air. It can be done with one click. You can do better. Consider the customer. If you don't have the programming skills, maybe you can find other work. Your customers should not suffer because you have made poor development decisions.
The app is Great. U can check in easily and also u will get free seat during the check in (within the last 48 hours of your Flight) Recommend U to use
It's one of the world's best airline but really poor after sales service...app or website says you can modify your booking and then gives error. When you try to call their customer care .they say they are busy...how do you get your itenary modified....sad to see this with Emirates.
Can't even log into my account, and I can't reset the password? Each time I type in my email address, I get a message saying that this email is connected to another account?! So, what exactly I should do?
This app has pretty much become useless, technical errors and extremely long loading times. It's not worth the hassle, you're better off going to the website.

This app does not even allow me to add booking. Even if it finds booking, it does not store it. Website is better to use than this app.
Pathetic - I have latest Nokia with 6Gb RAM running Android 12 and this app cannot retain my outbound/return flight details as MyTrip. Even while the app is open I every time have to repeatedly re-enter trip details to retrieve my flight details. Useless!
Very good app 👍👍. The app is very, very useful and practical and can be accessed from anywhere. All additional information about your flight is updated on the app. Can be relied on. I always use it for all my travel bookings or amendments, choosing seats, checkin, etc... I just wish that it would be able to work offline until connected to internet 🙂
The app performance is very poor, in cases with no data like on a plane app is unable to open due to a technical error which is not great if you are flying and want to use your boarding pass on your phone. Upgrades in the app for seats take two to three attempts to load. Check your api performance as there is some work to do to improve. I also note on your website using a laptop managing bookings is slow too so overall fix your api performance issues and the app might work a bit better.
