The Enchanted Cave 2

I wish it had the option for a vertical display, maybe with all the inventory stuff in the lower part of the screen? The UI scale needs to be separated from the zoom level. I want to be able to see the game area while also being able to read the UI, and there's no reason for them to be linked. Other than that, I'm loving the game so far. I can't always see things very well, even on my oversized phone, so the distinct enemy silhouettes are very appreciated. I can tell them apart at a glance!

Not bad... All in all, it is the Enchanted Cave 1 with better visuals and prettier menus. Everything else is pretty much the same, which is not bad, but still not good... Not completed yet, but steamrolled to the lvl 80 boss after 3rd attempt, where i quited to not lose the gear... Died only once in the first try because I forgot the mechanics... If you mastered the first game, you will destroy everything in this one without much effort...

Basic but amusing until right before the boss and after a really long time leveling, you are thrown into the final battle with no indication that you should end the run to save game first. There was no option to use the escape wings before the battle commenced. I'm literally going to delete the game rather than replay that many levels. Frustrating design. To save future players from such pain I'm going to spoil the fact that you should leave and save at floor 99 if you didn't at 80. 🙄

Very fun, well made little roguelike. It's not a difficult game but you will screw yourself over by pushing *just a bit too far* and end up making it more difficult than it needs to be. The story is just interesting enough to keep you going but not too much for a mobile game. If I had one complaint it would be that I wish the new game+ was a bit more robust.

What a delightful little game! Not too hard, just the right difficulty for a casual mobile game. Shoutout to the composer, because the music is unexpectedly PHENOMENAL. Many thanks for the gamepad support, as well, though it's also great just using the touchscreen. I've played through all of this, and I look forward to seeing what else comes from these devs!

I really liked the game. Great to play in small bouts. It is a roguelike so you will die and have to grind a bit. Lost a star because you can't establish a set of rules and then change them without notice, especially when you can lose all your progress. Upcoming slight spoiler but everyone should note that entering floor 100, you are forced into battle, so retreat at floor 99 if that is your intention.

Honestly, this game is what a mobile game should be. Not perfect, but fun, creative, and well worth the small up-front cost to not be inundated with ads and IAP, as too many games are. You'll get way more out of it than it costs, while also supporting a great independent dev. One of my all-time favorites, I've played it through 3-4 times over the years.

Decent enough for free but don't think it's worth the actual price. Gets pretty redundant after an hour or two. After all the villagers left there was little hope of getting much better gear since they would actually sell way better stuff than anything I was finding after getting a complete set of gear that stays. Made it pretty repetitive then to do a run basically for the shards to slowly boost your stats permanently.

I love this game, bought it as soon as possible, was super excited when I first saw the KickStarter for it, as I had played the first to completion, even though I was too young to be able to donate. But I find myself unable to open the game, and it has worked previously on this same phone. Very Disappointed, but unsure of what the issue is. Still a 5-star game, would recommend, assuming it opens on your phone.

I'm impressed by how these animation character games are put together. It must take a huge amount of effort, but worth it in the end, as you will gain a lot of admirers from creating something so impressive. It must have took you ages to develop this game. A huge well done to YOU. It takes a lot to impress me, so that's one thing you've managed to do. This is awesome. Please carry on making more games like this. I'll be one of the first to try them all out :)

I use to play this game nonstop while i was in prison... Still like the heck out of it, just wish that the skills tree upgraded when the 100 floors were cleared and the strength of everything was increased.. A skills tree that continues with the game would be great considering how much you have to grind out to be the "endless" dungeon boss.

I love this game. The only thing ive found so far that would make it even better is if the character's appearance would change to show the gear equipped. I cant give 4.75 stars but thats my score. Addictive gameplay keeps me trying to get just that one last run in to the cave.

I downloaded this game (through the Game Pass Subscription) because the details made me curious. Once I started playing (as a slime my first play through), I was rather enthralled. It is a very entertaining game with a neat idea behind the loot system. Very enjoyable game for anyone who wants to think a little but also just cruise through levels, based on how lucky you are with loot.

I bought and fell in love with it instantly. Good graphics, easy to pick up how to play and has a polished feel that makes you think this was a console game! Bonus: HID Bluetooth gamepads work almost flawlessly (except the skills screen). Excellent job Devs!

Awesome flashback retro rpg dungeon tower. Love it if only for one improvement, either enable save game data to not be wiped when you die, or better yet, when i use the golden wings to escape, don't erease my loot and crafted items. This bit is almost enough to make me not want to play further.

Its ok.. but felt dumb after Level 40.. from ice to forest caves... cluttered creatures. And the Mages are pretty worthless.. you're supposed to use mainly magic but the potions and crafting them is extremely limited. No magic regen of a permanent sort. Could've let mages have more potion access. I enjoyed playing a little bit. But yeah.. got bored pretty quick.

Only thing stopping this from being 5* is random crashes. At least the game saves each floor, but it's still disheartening when you're deep into a floor and it crashes. Amazingly fun game overall!

I enjoyed it. The skill tree is mostly stat boosts but does add variation to the game. You can manipulate the random number generation to become a god if you're patient enough. Why doesn't the museum accept every equipment item?

I like this game alot. But one thing could of been done with the items instead of out right losing them upon leaving the dungeon. Selling them is one thing, but scrapping items down too, slowly upgrading favorable items would of made this even more amazing.

😍 Absolutely Love this Game! Reminds me of Larn, an old Ascii Game i played on my Amiga Desktop Computer in the 90s, this one is more advanced but its closest one i found that compares! Larn is what got me interested in learning about programming and game graphics design :) 👍 to the designer(s)

It's good, but painfully close to being Great. Do these things and this will be a true classic: storyline; way more quests; quality of items (each ingredient and item with possibly variations); mini named. Play Diablo 2 for ideas.

Terrible. There is nothing good about this game. The graphics are archaic, there is no story & there's no strategy. The combat is automated, where your sprite moves back and forth between him and the mob you tap on until one dies. Rinse & repeat, forever. I'd recommend that anybody skip this one.
